Welcome to BEACHFRONT BENEFITS! This fabulous beachfront home is located in the private gated community of the Plantation with access to all the Plantation amenities including, two community pools, tennis courts, pickle ball courts, bike paths, nature trails and fitness center. Beachfront Benefits features four bedrooms, four bathrooms, a private pool, hot tub, and private boardwalk leading to the Gulf of Mexico! The first floor is the main sleeping quarters featuring a king bedroom, queen bedroom and a bunk bedroom. The secondary living area on this floor is the perfect spot to watch movies or play board games with your family! The third floor is the primary gathering area, with a spacious great room, a well-equipped kitchen with all new appliances, plenty of seating for your family, a custom bar area with a separate sink and ice maker, and beautiful views of the Gulf! The dining area features a large wooden table that seats eight with four more additional seats at the bar. Enjoy a delicious meal or cup of coffee on the screened porch while watching the waves roll in! The third floor suite features a king bed with a bunk bed nook on the east side of the bedroom and a private deck. The private bath features a jetted tub, tiled shower and double sinks. Mix the spacious home with the private pool and hot tub outside and you have everything you could need for a wonderful vacation!
