Welcome to On Island Time, a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom private pool home not far from Anna Maria Island.

Renovated in 2023, this beautiful home offers everything you need for a memorable and enjoyable vacation.

The master bedroom has a king size bed, TV, walk-in closet, and en-suite bathroom with a tub and walk-in shower. The glass sliding doors open directly to the pool area. Two guest bedrooms are on the opposite side of the home and share a hallway bathroom with a shower tub combination. Bedroom #2 has a queen size bed, bedroom #3 has two twin size beds.

The open floorplan kitchen, dining and living room is ideal for entertainment or keeping an eye on children. The kitchen boasts stainless steel appliances with everything that you need to prepare breakfast, lunch and dinner. The living room offers plenty of seating, as does the dining room.

The screened in private heated pool is where you will most likely spend most of your time, when not at the beach. More seating and lounging is available, as well as a BBQ, where you can prepare the catch of the day, or some steaks.

***IMPORTANT: Please note that this home has a camera by the front door, as well as outside by the pool area. There are no cameras inside the home and outdoor cameras are pointed toward street and pool only, never towards inside of home.***

Overall, a wonderful stay. This house has a nice pool, quiet neighborhood, beautiful landscaping that makes the yard feel private, and the location is central for getting to great beaches (Coquina is our favorite), Myakka State park, the Ringling museums and house, etc. It was very clean. It was great to have pool towels available, and the welcome pack provided enough laundry and dishwasher detergent to last us. Our middle-aged backs did not find the beds comfortable, but that can be a matter of preference.

Great vacation

Great house, clean and close to the beaches. Pool was also very clean. We were a family of six which included a 4 kids. They all had a blast on the pool.

Excellent property

The home is located in a great spot -close to many beaches, shopping, and restaurants. The indoor furniture was comfortable and new. The pool was excellent and had many spots to sit outside. The kitchen was well equipped with whatever you may need. Definitely a must-rent property!

Location! Location! Location!

The location of this home is perfect! Close to everything but away enough that you aren’t in the thick of it. We loved the house. The layout and pool was amazing. Perfect for families. The pool was great. My only complaint would be to make it clear before booking that the heater for the pool isn’t able to be turned up or customized to your preference. Otherwise we would absolutely stay here again!

Quiet and clean property with nice pool.

Clean and comfortable property with a nice pool. Great location to get to beach and restaurants on the island. Would have been nice to have local cable to watch playoff football .

Everything was Superb!

Great location-nice neighborhood & so close to the beach! We were here a week-just as a couple & then family joined us. Everyone agreed that the cleanliness, decorations, supplies, our welcoming bag of goodies, the wonderful pool, everything was just what we wanted.

Well appointed property and very clean. Neighbors were nice and neighborhood quiet. Would only recommend more beach chairs for guests to use at beach (only one adult available). Overall very happy

Beautiful inside and out. Minutes to beach, shopping,dining. Quick response from host to any questions. Great for families with pool alarms on all doors. Pool and beach toys, coolers, beach chairs and towels all available to use and garage parking. Definitely would stay at the property again.

Fabulous House

We stayed at the property the last week of August 2023 for IMG checkin. We have stayed at approximately 10 houses or more in and around Bradenton and this is by far the best one. The interior was very nice and the pool was extremely clean given the surrounding screening. We hope to stay at this house for future visits.

Nice house and Pool. Only downside is that you can’t lower the air conditioning past 72. This was never noted anywhere.

Beautiful home

The house was exactly as described. Check-in process was easy. House was clean, tastefully decorated. There was a binder with tons of information helpful for our stay and all the light switches were even labeled. Kitchen was well stocked with dishes and things you would need. The patio/pool area was very nice. I wish the weather was a tad warmer while we were there so we could have enjoyed that area more. Definitely enjoyed our stay and hope to go back soon.

Great House, good location

We had a very pleasant stay, good beds, the pool was great , short drive to the beach . Calm neighbourhood which we love. All over we wanted to stay longer. I just gave 4 stars for cleaning because all over it was clean, but some stuff in the kitchen wasn't clean like bowls spoons etc. Which was an easy fix with the dishwasher. One thing only: the welcomegift. Nice bag, but inside mostly cleaning stuff. We thought that is maybe a hint to not only enjoy but also clean the house??? We arrived very late from overseas , so something for the breakfast next day like apples or a cookie would've been much more appreciated. Just want to say but all over i can truly recommend the house. It was fantastic, kind regards

House five stars - but …

Location, location, location – we loved the proximity to AMI (8 min) beaches and restaurants. The house is gorgeous - great layout and beautiful pool area. The beds are comfortable, master bathroom is spacious and has a great shower. The little sitting area in the main room is lovely. The kitchen is not that well equipped (we love to cook and could do with some more storage containers etc). That said, we were missing a tea kettle and were delivered a brand new one the next day! So why 4*? we like to spend almost all of our time outside – and had to listen to the noise of the neighbor’s pool pump which is about 5 feet away, pointed right at the sitting area and runs just about all day (7:20 am to after 5 pm). This woke us up and was generally annoying. We did go to ask the neighbors if there was anything that could be done but unfortunately they were unresponsive. Another thing is the amount construction going on in the neighborhood. there are currently about 6000 housing units being built right off the main road across from the 7/11. I can only imagine the noise and traffic this will equate to during and after construction. We love the area and the house is wonderful. If you tend to spend more time inside than outside go with this house – it is very nice and deserves the five stars. Just not for quiet sitting & relaxing outside.

Ein wundervoller Aufenthalt von 2 Wochen in bester Lage!

Wir reisen öfter in die USA und mieten Häuser für unsere Urlaube. Somit können wir vergleichen. Das Haus ist gross, keine Treppen oder Etagen, und exakt wie auf den Bildern angegeben. Die Ausstattung ist umfassend und wertig, inkl 2 Poolcameras und Ringtürklingek videoerfassung, was nicht störte. Die terassentüren schließen gut und sind mit einstellbaren Alarmtönen (Kindersicherung) ausgestattet (leicht abstellbar). Die Betten /Matratzen sind ansich gut, jedoch auf Rollen! (keine klassischen Boxspringbetten). Im Masterschlafzimmer war der Liegekomfort okay. Die Klimaanlage ist in jedem Raum in den Decken verbaut (und zieht leider etwas auf die linke Bettseite im Masterbedroom) und reicht mit vorgegebener Einstellung von 72 degrees. Zusätzlich sind bei Bedarf überall Deckenventilatoren. Die Fahrt zur nahegelegenen Cortezbeach dauert ca 7 min. Bis zur Spitze von AMI ca. 25 min. Wallmarkt, Publix und Aldi sind gut erreichbar (8 min). 7-Eleven in 2 min. Die Lage und die sichere, wirklich SEHR stille Nachbarschaft sind super. Hervorzuheben ist die kompetente, hilfsbereite und stets binnen 1 Std. antwortende Email Korrespondenz (bei Bedarf) mit der Immobilienverwaltung. Wir hatten Verzögerungen mit der Poolreinigung, die sofort erledigt wurde. Es wird sich sehr um das Haus gekümmert und es ist mit Liebe zum Detail dekoriert. Eine große Garage steht ebenfalls zur Verfügung. Wir empfehlen das Haus 100% weiter und würden jederzeit wiederkommen!
