The condo is beautifully decorated, seating is comfortable with plenty of extra seating available if needed. The kitchen is extremely well equipped. The bed is comfortable with extra bedding readily available. There are dog blankets provided, an umbrella, some boots, tons of DVDs, books, games,etc. The condo is well built. There were several folks renting the next door condo. I could hear boisterous fun from the apartment at the door, but once we were inside, never heard the next door neighbors. The location is fantastic with beautiful views of the water - from deck and living/kitchen/eating area. The access to the beach is very close - just a building away and it also accesses a very long paved trail with almost continuous views of the water. The host/owner was quickly responsive to our concerns. We had problems with a broken elevator and my spouse is mobility challenged, so if it is important to you, call on check in day. Note: Apparently it is rare for this building to have elevator problems. The condo property is within a few minutes of a grocery store and numerous really great eateries. There are several amenities on property, as well.
