The shimmering stealth-wealth submerged herein includes a singular walk-in rain shower, shelf pool, spa, screened patio, plush furnishings, as well as top-class amenities & adornments of all kinds~
4 Bed 2 Bath -- Built 1994 Renovated 2023
Recently remodeled with your pleasure at utmost consideration, modern fixtures and luxurious bedding are only the beginning!
Traveling families will love the play pen, high chair, as well as other child-friendly amenities.
We`ve also ensured each room is equipped with TVs, the kitchen is fully-stocked for the traveling chef, and the outdoor environs received the deluxe treatment for making the most of Florida living~
Though we aim to maintain the heated pools (check listing page to confirm if this listing includes a heated or unheated pool) at 87°F (for ambient temperatures above 70°F), please note that we can not guarantee pool temperatures; a heated pool does not imply that the pool will feel hot to touch, as weather and subjective perception vary. Likewise, the spa (if offered at this listing) is typically inoperable during freezing temperatures. Should you require any further assistance with the pool or its operation, feel free to message me.
Please DO NOT remove any pool monitoring or cleaning devices from the pool (moving it to one side of the pool underwater out of the way is ok), as it will malfunction outside of water; the replacement cost is roughly $600 for a new unit...
NOTE that the pool heater runs during pool pump periods on a preset timer; as per our pool manager`s recommendation, we do not run the pump continuously>>
