Nice property very clean close to beach, shopping and restaurants. Property was just as posted in the pictures. House was very clean, beds were comfortable and pillows were wonderful. Naiara was great host and we would definitely stay here again

We definitely would recommend this property to stay. Their attention to detail is excellent. The hosts were attentive, easy to reach and communicated quickly.The home was clean, comfortable, and welcoming. Truly wonderful.Everything was thoughtfully done; even when we arrived, we appreciated the thank you note and complementary snacks.Every room was comfortable, kitchen well stocked with what we needed to prepare meals, and greatly enjoyed the back patio, as well.We will definitely come back when we’re in Jacksonville.Thank you.

Our second stay at this property, and we’re just as happy with it as our first stay. The hosts are very responsive and welcoming, and the check-in process is a breeze. The property is clean and very comfortable, and it’s in the perfect location if you’re looking for a place close to the Mayo Clinic.

Beautifully clean house; lots of central space. Large master bedroom and bathroom. Well stocked kitchen (coffee/spices). Backyard was recently re-landscaped with new grass, so lots of space back there (with necessary doggy poop bags and garbage bin). 11 min drive to Jax beach. Definitely would stay again!

My husband and I had a wonderful stay at this rental property! The home was clean, comfortable, and beautifully decorated — exactly what I was hoping for. The neighborhood is quiet and welcoming, with a relaxing vibe that made it easy to unwind. One of the best parts was the location — just a short drive to the beach, which made morning strolls and sunset views incredibly convenient. I’d definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful getaway close to the ocean!

Great and comfortable experience!!

We had such a great and comfortable experience. The house is absolutely beautiful inside and out. Fully furnished. Lots of great amenities. We got to enjoy Jacksonville, FL knowing we had our own private space with comfort to relax in for 4 nights. Naiara was very kind to guide us through the check-in process and she encouraged us to contact her if we needed anything during our stay!

This house is absolutely beautiful and in an amazing location especially if you are visiting Mayo Clinic. The house is beautiful and extremely clean! The hosts were fantastic as well. It also is a bonus that it's not far from the beach!

Beautiful Home, Great Location!

As advertised, the home is nice, comfortable, and well furnished. The location was absolutely perfect for the various appointments we had at the nearby Mayo campus over the course of three days, and the hosts were very responsive both before and throughout our visit to Jacksonville. The neighborhood is very quiet as well. Will definitely be looking to stay here again in the future.

We had a fantastic stay. The house was well-stocked and very comfortable. Communication with the host was excellent. They were incredibly responsive and quick to address questions and needs we had during our stay. Highly recommend!
