Welcome to our 3-bedroom, 2-bath home nestled in the heart of the captivating Colorado Springs landscape, positioned perfectly between the iconic Garden of the Gods and the prestigious United States Air Force Academy.



Step inside and discover a spacious and well-appointed haven that combines modern comfort with rustic charm. Whip up delicious meals in the fully equipped kitchen, complete with all the amenities you need. With three cozy bedrooms, there's ample space for a family or a group of friends. The Primary bedroom has a luxurious King bed waiting for you, while the two other secondary bedrooms boast the most comfortable Queen beds.

Guest Access:

- You have access to the entire house, backyard, and front yard except the garage!



- Early Check-in Requests

We cannot guarantee an early check-in before 4pm as we need time to make sure this property is perfect for you before your stay! Please message us on the day of your arrival to see if the property is ready no earlier than 2pm.



- Check-in Process: All guests will need to complete our secure, online ID Verification process to receive the door code and check-in instructions. Similar to hotels requiring photo ID upon check-in, we ask that guests provide a copy of their Government Issued ID, matching selfie and credit card to verify identity. This is used to prevent fraudulent reservations, identity verification and for the safety of all guests and homes. We take data security very seriously. All information entered into this form is encrypted and transmitted securely over SSL. By completing the reservation you agree to the following:

1. I agree to be bound by our rental terms and conditions.

2. I acknowledge that I will be required to provide a copy of a valid government issued ID and matching credit card through our online portal prior to check in.

Getting Around:

We recommend that you have a car or use Uber or Lyft when traveling in the Pikes Peak Region.



Other Things to Note:

- House Rules Required -

~There is a $500 fine for every unauthorized guest

~No Smoking - we charge a $1000 fine for smoking



We require a refundable hold of $1000 on your card for damages (released after checkout) OR you can opt out with a small fee of $50 by purchasing a damage waiver coverage to stay insured throughout your stay.





AGE REQUIREMENT: Must be at least 21 years old. We cannot accommodate guests who do not meet this age requirement unless prior approval has been granted by us before check-in.



- NO SMOKING in this home.



- After using the dryer please clean out the dryer lint trap/screen.



- Quiet Hours begin at 10:00pm and end at 7:00AM per city ordinance. Please be courteous of the neighbors during your stay.



- This property maintains a no-pet policy for the comfort and convenience of all our guests.



- There is Central AC in this home

-Please keep all trash secure in the bins. Do not leave any trash out overnight for your safety and the surrounding active wildlife in the city's area.

-We do not have onsite maintenance or cleaning unlike hotels but all requests will be taken care of ASAP.
