This home will comfortably accommodate up to 4 guests. There is plenty of onsite parking as well as a garage. The master bedroom has a cozy King-Sized bed with beautiful views of the neighborhood, a large closet, and flat screen television. The master bathroom has a large, handicapped friendly shower, large vanity and heated floors. The Queen bedroom is equally as cozy with a large closet and flat screen television. The main bathroom features heated floors, shower and bathtub.

The kitchen is well equipped with new stainless steel appliances, microwave, Keurig and standard coffee pot, toaster, blender, all the utensils and cookware you would need for a home-cooked meal. We also provide complimentary coffee and tea. Not into cooking? Ivywild School, which a repurposed school with many restaurants and bars, is only a couple of minutes away and this home is only 10 minutes from downtown Colorado Springs.

The outdoor space is the best part of this home with a large, landscaped backyard and covered patio.
We offer a full-size washer and dryer along with laundry soap, fabric sheets and an iron and ironing board for your convenience.
