Welcome to our modern 2900 sq ft farmhouse set on 7.5 private acres in Saanichton, just off Stelly’s Cross Road near Brentwood Bay — yet is only 20 min to Downtown Victoria. Surrounded by trees and valley views, the home is situated at the end of the street and offers a private and peaceful farm setting, open space that is very spacious where guests will not feel on top of each other. Satnam’s berry farm is tucked behind the trees; in season, berry pickers harvest fresh berries, adding charm to the countryside feel and is non-obtrusive. The farmhouse sits on a quiet berry farm property with wide open yards, scenic walking areas, and plenty of parking for 8–15 vehicles.
It is ideal for multi-generational families, retreats, groups, and a great space for business meetings looking for space, comfort, and a relaxed setting.

Satnam, your host, is a dedicated local farmer who operates a busy family farm year-round on the Saanich Peninsula. He takes great pride in growing spray-free fruit, berries, and vegetables, and is known for providing some of the freshest and sweetest produce in the area. The same care and attention he brings to farming is reflected in Seabrook, where he aims to offer guests a comfortable, well-maintained space and a true five-star stay.
Satnam is also a devoted father of three young children and helps care for his mother, who uses a wheelchair and has significant health challenges. Family and hard work are at the heart of everything he does.
Because farm life keeps him extremely busy, Satnam has a property manager who assists with managing the Seabrook property and ensuring guests are well looked after.
Seabrook is also a special place for Satnam’s family, and they spend time in the home during parts of the year when it is not being rented. His only request is that guests treat the property with care, kindness, and respect so that everyone can continue to enjoy this peaceful retreat.

Seabrook is also a pet-free and smoke/vape/cannabis-free home, making it an excellent choice for guests with allergies.
