Garage Parking: Space is compact size Small vehicles and SUV's yes, but no Trucks or Extra large vehicles.
Parking space: this unit includes a free assigned parking assigned in the garage. The parking space is compact we do not recommend large trucks or SUVs. If you have a larger vehicle, you may park it with valet which cost $15 per day that charge must be paid to valet.

All Casa Costa Check-Ins must register their vehicle with the front desk of Casa Costa. The guest will need to provide Driver’s license and vehicle information.

Costa Costa is a pet-friendly community, but along with that comes specific responsibilities that pertain to those Residents who are pet owners.
For example, management has received several complaints recently about Residents not walking their dogs securely, under control on a leash (6 foot maximum) in the common areas of the building.
Adhering to this is very important for the safety of Residents and pets alike.
Please see below a refresher of the Rules and Regulations
section 2.10 regarding pets:
a) Pet Ownership
ii. All Residents, including those in transient units as well as renters, must register all pets with the management office.
v. Pets may not be left unattended on balconies, terraces, patios and/or lanai areas.
c) Common Areas/Lobby
i) A pet must be on a maximum 6’ leash and under control at all times when in public or common interior areas of the building (including hallways) as well as on exterior property, adjoining sidewalks, etc.
iii. Pets are not allowed to roam freely or play in the hallways or any other interior common areas.
d. Pet Waste / Relief
i. Each Unit Owner and each Occupant shall be responsible for immediately picking up after any animal kept in such Unit Owner’s or Occupant’s respective Unit, including, without limitation, removing any waste deposited by such animal anywhere on the Common Elements or anywhere on the Property. Very responsive host! Overall very nice place. The check in process is a little clunky and not super clear. The key fab, etc., took some getting used to! We enjoyed having a designated parking space! The balcony is great and very large, although could use some attention, the floor was very dirty. The Murphy beds are a nice touch with privacy curtains for the guest! Nice to have 1 1-2 bathrooms, although we actually didn’t realize we had a 1/2 bath until a couple of days into our trip (our fault, it is listed), we had a good laugh about that. The area has a lot of road noise and the BrightLine train runs through quite often! We loved walking to the marina and over the bridge to the ocean! Overall very pleased with the property!

Great spot
The property was exactly as pictured—clean, spacious, and fully stocked with everything we needed. The balcony was massive and a great spot to relax. We also loved spending time by the pool and using the hot tub. Would definitely recommend this location!

Must Experience Casa Costa Vacation Rental
This property, it’s amenities and proximity to beaches and restaurants make it ideal for anyone looking to spend quality time in Florida.

HOST IS THE BEST!
Tonya is the best host we have ever encountered while travelling. Customer service was top notch answering any and all inquiries within minutes. She accommodated a last minute room change and was able to determine exactly what we needed for our time away from home. The condo itself was cozy and had everything we needed in the kitchen, as well as in unit laundry which was a bonus. Thank you for everything!

This property was very nice and suited our needs. Good size for two adults. Had all supplies. Would highly recommend. Negatives were that it was on a lower floor at a major intersection so traffic noise was noticeable Also the garage parking space was extremely tight.

Very noisy, ice machine broke. 2 bath towels. Silverfish. Very clean otherwise. Decor nice . Couch was just a love seat… it would have been nice to have a full couch. Called the concierge and they took care of the ice and bath towels immediately.

Boynton Beach !!
We stayed at this property for a week at the end of April. Let me say, the apartment is fully equipped, comfortable and close to the beach - 5 to 10 minute drive to Boynton Beach, and there is parking and sunbed hire at Ocean Front Beach Park.My only criticism is that the property is located on a busy crossroads, meaning that if you want to sit on the balcony, it is very noisy - not somewhere you can really sit and eat dinner - not unless you like the sound of traffic. Unfortunately, some of this traffic noise bleeds into the apartment, so it can be a bit disruptive in the evenings, but if this doesn't bother you than that's fine.My only other comment is that the outside furniture was very dusty and needed to be cleaned - not really surprising from all the passing traffic - but whoever preps the apartment should also clean the balcony furniture. However, if you can get past the traffic noise, this is a good place to stay - very secure and safe with its own parking space in the garage.

Serenity by the Sea at Casa Costa
The unit is exactly as pictured. Perfect for a couple or a small family. The 2 murphy beds give the additional sleeping space. Balcony is huge, as the unit is a corner unit. Bedroom is a good size with great closet space. It has 1 and 1/2 bath ,very handy always!! Garage parking was simple.
Casa Costa is a large twin tower complex in Boynton Beach. It has a marvelous pool area. HUGE!!! and HEATED !!! Plenty of chaise and table with umbrellas. GREAT out door fun.
Unit provides lots of beach toys ( chairs and such). Only a mile to beach-just across the intracoastal .
Perfect place, managed by professionals. Tonya is always available and quick to respond.
We will stay there again and YOU must stay there if in area. You will not be disappointed.

Clean and Modern; good location
Overall, we enjoyed our stay at this property. The only challenges we faced were 1. noise (property is on a busy street so you could not leave windows open) 2. Parking (spot is on the 5th level of a parking garage and it is a very tight spot. inconvenienet for quick runs to the store as you had to drive up up up to the parking spot.) 3. Check in (we had to be there at an exact time to meet someone who helped us check in. - that was helpful but not convenient as we were driving in from across the state)Very well appointed unit with washer and dryer. Comfy king sized bed. Owner installed handles to get in/out of shower (i noticed on previous reviews this was an issue)

Safety & Cleanliness issues
Soaking tub was a safety issue entering & exiting it to take a shower. The safety handles are not positioned well positioned with one being just a plain chrome item with no safety gripping material. This listing is real concern for senior citizens. The listing should mention the shower/tub situation. Previously opened paint cans are stored in the AC/Heat closet==safety issue. Carpets in the bathrooms were so dirty that when washed they went from dirty grey to a mild blue color. Tile floors were dirty. Cleaning service obviously mops but does not wet wash them. Portions of the vertical blinds are missing. Mattress in bedroom was absolutely terrible. Location of the unit, corner of Federal Hwy & Boynton Beach Blvd is a busy intersection, compounded by the Fire Rescue Center one block from the location so fire rescue are frequently passing through the intersection with sirens sounding both day & night which is especially annoying at 3am. As the end of my 3 week stay neared I was more than pleased to depart.
On a positive note, Tonya, the operations manager, provided excellent & prompt assistance when contacted.

Le condo était très propre, par contre, le balcon nécessiterait un bon nettoyage. Toutes les commodités sont là dans le condo pour un séjour facile. Il manquerait seulement des serviettes de douches et serviettes de cuisines supplémentaires pour éviter de faire du lavage à tous les jours. L’accès au condo est facile, stationnement sécurisé. Relation facile avec l’hôte, réponse rapide, service excellent par l’équipe d’entretien.
