Please be advised that there is currently construction taking place in the building, and the balcony may not be available for use. Additionally, the jacuzzi and beach pool are undergoing maintenance and are currently closed.
The lap pool remains open and available for your use.
The Space:
King-size bed, well-equipped kitchen, upscale furniture with large flat screen TV, porcelain floors, marble bathroom, exotic granite countertops and dramatic lighting and art, free secure Wi-Fi, washer and dryer. Garage Parking: Space is compact size Small vehicles and SUV's yes, but no Trucks or Extra large vehicles.
Parking space: this unit includes a free assigned parking assigned in the garage. The parking space is compact we do not recommend large trucks or SUVs. If you have a larger vehicle, you may park it with valet which cost $15 per day that charge must be paid to valet.

Rules and Regulations Updated:
Section 3.3 - Deliveries can not be accepted for anyone not a resident. Casa Costa reserves the right to refuse to deliver any package to a person who is not a resident.
All Casa Costa Check-Ins must register their vehicle with the front desk of Casa Costa. The guest will need to provide Driver’s license and vehicle information.
Less than 1 mile to the beach and a short drive to downtown Delray Beach.
DOG RULES (If you have your pup with you)
No more than 1 dog permitted per stay.
The Fee: $100 per dog/per stay
Please: *pick up all messes after pup
*never leave the dog unattended without a kennel

Costa Costa is a pet-friendly community, but along with that comes specific responsibilities that pertain to those Residents who are pet owners.
For example, management has received several complaints recently about Residents not walking their dogs securely, under control on a leash (6 foot maximum) in the common areas of the building.
Adhering to this is very important for the safety of Residents and pets alike.
Please see below a refresher of the Rules and Regulations
section 2.10 regarding pets:
a) Pet Ownership
ii. All Residents, including those in transient units as well as renters, must register all pets with the management office.
v. Pets may not be left unattended on balconies, terraces, patios and/or lanai areas.
c) Common Areas/Lobby
i) A pet must be on a maximum 6’ leash and under control at all times when in public or common interior areas of the building (including hallways) as well as on exterior property, adjoining sidewalks, etc.
iii. Pets are not allowed to roam freely or play in the hallways or any other interior common areas.
d. Pet Waste / Relief
i. Each Unit Owner and each Occupant shall be responsible for immediately picking up after any animal kept in such Unit Owner’s or Occupant’s respective Unit, including, without limitation, removing any waste deposited by such animal anywhere on the Common Elements or anywhere on the Property.
