Freshly renovated from head to toe with your vacation stay in mind our adorable single level chalet is packed with all that you need to enjoy the very best of Big Bear no matter the season you choose to visit.
Enter your chalet where you are met with gorgeous hardwood floors, knotty pine cathedral ceilings, and big open windows that provide the perfect balance of natural lighting and views of the forested neighborhood outside. You can snuggle up together on the oversized sectional as you warm your toes in front of the toasty wood burning fireplace and pop on your favorite movie on the mounted flat screen Streaming TV with complimentary high speed WIFI internet supplied for your enjoyment. (Guests must have their own accounts to enjoy Streaming Services.) The open floor plan flows seamlessly to the breakfast bar and dining area where you'll find plenty of comfortable space to enjoy your meals as a group. All homes include clean linens, and fresh bath towels for the occupancy. A kitchen with basic cookware and small starter amount of dish soap, toilet paper, and trash bags will be supplied. Paper towels, coffee filters/coffee, specialty appliances, nor condiments/spices/oils are supplied.
No Pay-Per-View Ordering in any homes.
No refunds/credits for cancellations or trip interruptions due to acts of nature, (especially snow, fire, power outages) weather, road conditions, mechanical or electrical failures, spa malfunctions, or other equipment factors beyond our control.
This is a forested mountain community home to critters- animals or insects you may encounter are spiders, moths, flies, squirrels, gophers, bears, coyotes, burro, bear, bats, etc. Our team inspects prior to arrival but cannot guarantee the home will be free of these forest critters.
We reserve the right to offer a comparable property or issue a full refund if circumstances arise that are beyond our control and your property is made unavailable for any reason.
