Welcome to Highridge D18, an inviting two-bedroom, two-bathroom condominium that comfortably sleeps six. Nestled at the base of Killington Mountain on East Mountain Road, this lovely retreat is just moments away from the base lodges, making it perfect for year-round adventures.
The living room features a cozy wood-burning fireplace, creating a warm atmosphere to relax after a day on the slopes. A flat-screen TV adds entertainment options, while a convenient washer and dryer make your stay even more comfortable. The well-equipped kitchen includes an electric stove, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, and coffee maker, making it easy to prepare meals for family and friends. Gather around the dining area that comfortably seats six for memorable meals and conversations.
The queen bedroom boasts a flat-screen TV and an attached full bathroom, ensuring privacy and convenience. The king bedroom also features a flat-screen TV, offering a cozy retreat for relaxation.
Highridge Condominiums provides a wealth of amenities, including a fitness room, community game room, a large outdoor hot tub, an indoor pool, and private saunas. Highridge offers four Level 2 EV chargers. Charger use requires advance registration and approval. Guests must download the SWTCH app AND contact us to be registered before their arrival.
With stunning views and an excellent location for exploring the great outdoors, Highridge D18 is the perfect choice for families and groups looking to create lasting memories in Killington!
Things to keep in Mind:
• Our property has a no-smoking policy. No smoking of any kind is allowed. There could be an additional cleaning fee if smoking in the unit.
• Our property is not pet-friendly. Additional housekeeping fees could apply if unauthorized pets are found on the property.
• Pool towels for the sports center are located in your Condo.
• Electric bikes and charging batteries are not allowed inside the Condo.
• EV Chargers cannot be used until registration is complete, and approval typically takes 2 days, so early registration is required. Contact KRA to register your information.
• Shuttle service is offered in the Winter on Saturdays, Sundays, and Holidays.
• Ski home trail is dependent on natural snow.
• Minimum of 24 years of age to rent this condo.
• Highridge Sports Center is open from 8 AM - 9 PM - Seven days per week.
This condo is Not Pet Friendly, and there is NO smoking of any kind.
