The home has a split system reverse cycle air conditioner for year round comfort.

Plenty of onsite parking available (not undercover)

Word of Mouth & Ross Hill Wines are just 3km from this property!

In a short 10-15 minute drive, you will find yourself in the CBD of Orange where you will be spoilt for choice when it comes to eating out, having a drink at a bar, boutique shopping, picnics at the park and so much more!
