Take your morning coffee watching the sunrise on the Atlantic and the sunset on the Intercostal waterway. We have even seen dolphins playing in the ocean - catching the odd wave. Both the Primary suite and the living room have floor to ceiling windows giving you a stunning view of the Atlantic.

The condo offers an open floor plan with gourmet kitchen, eating peninsula and full dining room table to host your friends and family for dinner.

Additional amenities include a heated outdoor pool steps from the beach, Adirondack chairs overlooking the ocean, gas fire pit, Jacuzzi/ hot tub, two saunas, well-equipped fitness room, game room with pool table, and a sunroom with library.
