Bellamente renovado condominio frente al mar de 2 habitaciones y 2 baños en Daytona Beach Shores

Tu escapada frente al mar te espera en este retiro contemporáneo frente al mar bellamente renovado. Esta unidad para no fumadores cuenta con hermosas vistas al mar sin obstáculos desde el dormitorio principal y el baño, así como todas las áreas comunes. Observe cómo las olas chocan en la playa NO DRIVE desde el sofá o mientras está acostado en la cama por la mañana. Mejor aún, salga al balcón y mire el amanecer mientras bebe su café o té con nuestra increíble vista de 180 grados tanto del río como de la playa o baje las escaleras para poner los pies en la arena.

Esta unidad de condominio se sometió a una remodelación completa a principios de 2017 ... ¡todo es prácticamente nuevo! ¡El edificio en sí también tiene un vestíbulo completamente renovado, una sala club y una piscina! El área de la piscina fue completamente renovada en 2018 y tiene una gran sensación tropical con hermosos paisajes, algunas nuevas áreas de sombra y un área arenosa para sentarse y relajarse con amigos sin tener que ir a la playa.

Esta unidad tiene capacidad para 4 adultos y 2 niños con una cama King en el Master, y una cama Queen con un sofá cama doble y un nido doble en el segundo dormitorio. La unidad viene totalmente equipada con vajilla y utensilios de cocina, así como una sala de lavandería.

¡El estacionamiento subterráneo está disponible para mantener su vehículo fresco durante nuestros cálidos días de Florida! Otras comodidades incluyen una bañera de hidromasaje, sauna y una pequeña sala de ejercicios.

Beautifully appointed condo

Lovely condo with 11th floor views of ocean and Halifax River with many amenities. No drive beach is wonderful.

Beautiful beach condo

We could not have asked for a more perfect stay. The view, the condo and the location were exactly what we were looking for. Very safe location and plenty to do if you want to stay busy. Owners were at the condo during check in, and available if needed, but had no issues.

Excellent Accommodations

This oceanfront condo was impressively furnished and decorated, with comfort being key. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils, pots and pans. The appliances were upscale, easy to clean and to use. We found the owners to be helpful and responsive. Upon arrival we met and joined them for a building tour. We’re already making plans to return!

Beautiful

Our stay was wonderful. We knew ahead of time we wouldn't have beach access due to the hurricane, but it was just a short walk to get on at another location. This property was beautiful, the owners were wonderful!! Would stay again.

Great location. Condo was wonderful, building was nice, and the other residents were friendly. Loved the underground parking. You will have everything you need for your stay and if you need to contact the owners they are very prompt with responding. Overall a great stay!!

Fun trip, Stressful checkout

We enjoyed being able to see family. The view was breathtaking! There were a couple issues with the unit we called and made the owner aware of. She immediately accused my children of being the cause. So we were already guessing there were going to be issues upon checking out. The ice maker was not working and leaking. The blinds on the sliding door in the living room fell off as soon as the door was opened. We called to let them know, after she accused my kids she said someone would be over to fix the ice maker. No one ever came to fix it. We got to looking at them more closely and the blinds were hanging by paper clips and bread ties and the freeZer had that spray foam stuff on it. Upon these findings it was obvious they were fully aware of the issues we were having, yet tried blaming us anyway. She was extremely rude and argumentative which made for a horrible and stressful ending to what was a much needed visit with my family. We never bugged them over the ice maker we just kept buying our own bags of ice. I felt scammed. The location itself was wonderful, just an awful experience with the particular owners.

Loved our stay in Daytona

Really nice facility. Quiet, updated, great view. Perfect for our family. Direct beach access on the side that does not allow driving on the beach (huge plus). Nice kitchen. Really is a home away from home. I would love to stay here again.

Beautiful Beach Condo Inside and Out

Beautiful view of the car-free beach, see the sunrise over the Atlantic Ocean and set over the intracoastal waterway. The owners thought of everything you’ll need at the beach. The interior decor is relaxing, and design is functional. I found a place for everything as I unpacked. This condo has many upgrades. Towels, chairs, boogie boards, beach toys, umbrella provided. Plenty of space for our family of 4. We would love to stay here again.

Relaxing month

The condo provided everything we needed. Loved the open living space, views of the ocean from living room and bedroom, and pelican fly bys at eye level! Great access to both beach and pool. Viewed sun rises and sun sets.

Pure Perfection

Everything about this property is perfect. Owners are friendly and welcoming. The building is beautiful , the residents are very friendly. The unit is beautifully furnished, maintained and well stocked. The view is spectacular. The sighting of a bald eagle and whales while enjoying the balcony was icing on the cake. We would absolutely rent it again.

Excellent location, amazing view, beautiful space.

The condo is located on the (no-drive portion of) beach with amazing views from the balcony. The accommodations are clean, renovated, and well-appointed. Our hosts are friendly and accessible.

Comfortable and relaxing

The condo is well kept up, well stocked, and right on the beach. The furniture is comfortable and the appliances are good. The owner met us when we arrived and showed us everything. There is a booklet with any information we need. Lots of shops and restaurants close by.

This condo is beautifully renovated!

We had a wonderful stay at this Daytona Beach Shores condo. The condo itself has been beautifully renovated. It is in a quiet location on a the no drive section of beach. The pool area was under construction at the time of our visit and we look forward to seeing the finished product on our next visit. Great Holiday!

Wonderful Accomodation

Our accommodation was amazing. Our king size bed was so comfortable. No sore backs here. The living room furniture was super comfortable as well. The kitchen was top notch and had everything I could ask for. And then there was the view from our balcony... no words to describe the beauty of the ocean. Thank you so much Gayle for being our host for 2 months.

GREAT CONDO, GREAT HOSTS, GREAT BEACH, GREAT VACATIONS

This condo unit was really renovated with great taste. The kitchen is fully furnished, amazing reclining sofa for afternoon nap. Beds were really comfortable, every thing is new in the unit. Umbrella, beach chairs, boogie boards, ice boxes and more were provided by owners. Great view of the ocean, pier and surpizing view looking north on Daytona inlet. You can actually see the speedway stands from balcony. Loved watching the pelicans fly by from diner table. From the 11th floor, the condo has a 5 minutes walking distance to the inground pool and beach . But mostly, the attention provided by the owners made us feel like guests more than renters. Will definitely put this unit on top of our selection next time we head to Daytona Beach Shores. Richard S. Laval,Qc.

Amasing condo with beautiful decoration!

We enjoyed to stay at Daytona beach Shore for 2 weeks. The owner was very helpfull and nice. The beach was beautiful and private. All the furniture and appliances were brand new in the condo.The showers are very clean and fonctionnal and the decoration was very pretty. The reason why we don't give a 5 stars is because the gym, the spa and the sauna need to be refresh. The pool area is under renovation.
