Sleeps 8 (1 KING, 1 Queen, Twin bunks, and a queen pull out sofa).
Fenced in backyard with fire pit, dining, and tire swing for the little ones :)

You will be given a door lock code to access key
Address and access information will be sent 4 days prior to arrival

1 main floor with living room, 3 bedrooms, 1 full bath, laundry facilities, and fully stocked eat -in kitchen.
Backyard is fenced with deck and pergola, fire pit, table and chairs, tire swing.
Garage is for owner use only
Plenty of free street parking


Uber/Lyft are limited in the area

Prior to your stay, we require you to complete a pre-arrival form, upload a valid government ID (drivers license, passport, state ID) and sign and agree to our rental conditions.
Any basic need items that have been provided at the home are complimentary to get your stay started, any additional needs will be provided by the guest.

Great spot to visit the National Park!

The space is small but very well equipped and has everything you need and then some. Clean as a whistle, very secure back yard for our dogs and a well appointed grill. Great location for visiting the Indiana Dunes National Park.

Good stay. Home was just as described and fit our family well. Kids enjoyed tire swing in back yard. Quiet area and close to everything.

Family Vacation

Such a cute place!! There was so much provided I didn’t not even anticipate such as coffee for the coffee maker, a pack and play, beach towels, and even some laundry detergent plus some kitchen spices! I have stayed places where there is literally nothing so this was a great surprise! It was about an 8 min drive to the beach so not bad. Neighborhood wasn’t unsafe necessarily but I didn’t want to sit out on the front porch. Overall fantastic place!

Amazing listing!

We had a great time here! It was very clean and had everything we were looking for! My family and I stayed for 2 nights and we would visit again! Our dog stayed as well and we loved the fenced in yard for her. The kids loved all of the games and items for them. It was close to many things including the zoo. Highly recommend!!

Comfy Cozy

Exactly what the name portrayed !! It was perfect for our visit with family in Michigan City ! We brought our dog Lorelei !! The doggie door was unexpected !! She figured it out immediately ! The fenced backyard gave her room to run ! We also enjoyed the National Dune Parks ! Lorelei experienced the Sandy beach which was another first !!

Pictures are deceiving

The house was furnished nice and the kitchen was well stocked. Unfortunately there were dirty dishes and glassware in the cabinets. The bed was very comfortable. The backyard is not as the photo shows. There was no canapy over the table and chairs. The neighborhood wasn’t desirable. We would not set on front porch and have our morning coffee. Probably work better for younger people.

Scary

Is a nice house on the outside in a rough neighborhood. You have to park on the street which would be ok however neighborhood kids playing ball & then an adult getting out & seemingly hitting as hard as he possibly could towards our car even after we moved it so they could play it continued. Heard other neighbors cursing & making threats to each other. While neighborhood kids ran wild on the property lawn. It was absurd. House was dirty inside. There was a cheeto on the floor that was covered with bugs left from previous users. Broken fan remote. Dusty end tables. Fingerprints/smudges all over the tv. Plus the house stunk. I messged the propery manager who called me but acted like she had never heard complaints before about the property. I took photos of the dirty items we found when we entered. No response after that. We left & drove 3 hrs back. It was our anniversary & my husband's birthday so it was a bummer. I have rented from VRBO several times prior & never had an issue. This was a first.
