Bed linens and towels are AUTOMATICALLY added during the summer months. The cost of linens is $150.00. Includes, sheets, and light quilt or comforter, bath towels, hand towels, washcloths, bath mats, and kitchen towels.

NOTE:
WHEN LINENS ARE ADDED, THE TOP QUILT/COMFORTER IS ALSO LAUNDERED AFTER EVERY RENTAL.... (Most property owners and rental companies only wash the top quilt/blanket "when needed"....) You can bring your own linens and towels and save the $150.00 plus tax charge. (We use a local linen company that has been in business for 25+ years.) I may need to revise the quote before you request to book, so please let me know if you want to bring your own linens and towels or have them provided.

You will need to bring pool and beach towels. They are not provided.

Here is some information and photos for #1734 Ocean Keyes which is our personal condo. #1734 Ocean Keyes is located on the 3rd floor in building 17. There are (2) flights of stairs to get to the condo. Being on the top floor, you have no noise from above and very little foot traffic outside the front door. The condo backs to a beautifully landscaped courtyard with tall trees for privacy. On the left end of building 17 is one of the 6 swimming pools (with restrooms), hot tub, gas grill, and picnic table. That pool overlooks the main lake in Ocean Keyes. It is only a 4-5 minute walk to the beach from building 17.

The kitchen has a vaulted ceiling, 42” cabinets, stainless steel appliances, and tile flooring. 2 coffee makers (12 cup automatic coffee maker and a Keurig. Don't forget your K-cups..!!)

Full-sized dining table with seating for 6 and a vaulted ceiling. There is bar seating as well.

Living room w/new 65” 4k TV, a blu-ray DVD player, a queen sleeper sofa, vaulted ceiling and a ceiling fan.

Master bedroom w/trey ceiling, a king sized bed (firm mattress with memory foam mattress topper), flat screened HD TV, ceiling fan, and a large walk-in closet. . The master bath has tile flooring, counter height vanity, and a 6' jetted tub/shower with a handheld shower massager and glass shower door enclosure.

Guest bedroom w/queen sized bed, flat screened HD TV, ceiling fan, and a full bath complete with a taller comfort height vanity and tile flooring.

The condo has custom wood shutters throughout and curtains on the double sliding glass doors leading to the screened patio which has a glass top table and 4 chairs. There is high speed wi-fi perfect for streaming and Zoom calls. We provide a HD Cable box in the living room and both bedrooms with premium cable channels including "Prime Time On Demand" which allows you to keep up with your favorite shows even while on vacation. We also provide the premium movie channel SHOWTIME. Both bedrooms also have a bedside phone docking station/alarm clock. There are also plenty of great books available at the condo for you to enjoy.

For families with young children, we provide a pack-n-play (can be taken to the pool if needed), a high chair, a toy box and several children’s board games.

Feel free to bring your bikes and golf clubs. There is a large walk-in storage closet located on the first floor under the left staircase. It is large enough to store golf clubs, floats, bikes, toys, luggage, ect. We have for your use: 4 Beach chairs, a cooler, pool toys, beach toys, pool noodles, and sand buckets for the beach.

We provide toiletries: laundry detergent (Gain, Tide, etc, Clorox 2/OxiClean, , Bleach, Shout/Resolve, and dryer sheets), dishwasher detergent, dish detergent, trash bags, toilet paper, a roll of paper towels and hand soap for the bathrooms and kitchen. *Toiletries are Not provided with monthly rentals.
You will need to bring pool and beach towels.

Departure cleaning is $150.00. The refundable security deposit is $200.00

*** We own 2 condos in Ocean Keyes, but only 1 golf cart. We just purchased a NEW 2022 Golf Cart. Please send an inquiry and ask if our golf cart is available for your dates, or if it has already been included with our other condo. It makes getting back and forth to the beach fast and super easy. With the golf cart, you can park in the paid lots along Ocean Blvd for FREE. Parking fee in the city owned lots is $4.00 per hour. ***
