Quick Walk to the Beach!!

Sandy Feet Retreat is a bright and spacious three bedroom, two full bath, first floor, end unit condo in the beautiful and gated Ocean Keyes community in North Myrtle Beach. The condo is freshly painted and decorated with beach decor, sleeps six, and the kitchen is fully stocked with all the essentials for cooking.

The living area is comfortable with plenty of natural light and space to relax and watch tv on two full sized couches; cable and Internet are included! Walk right out to the screened in porch to relax with your morning coffee or evening drink, or walk to one of the six community pools and hot tubs right out back. The dining area seats six comfortably at the table and also has two additional seats at the breakfast bar. The kitchen is fully stocked with all cooking essentials, including a microwave and dishwasher. The condo also includes a washer and dryer.

The master bedroom includes a king sized bed, television, ceiling fan, master bathroom with a shower and tub, and also a walk in closet. The second bedroom includes a queen sized bed, ceiling fan, closet, and television. The third bedroom has a sliding door divider for privacy, two twin beds, a ceiling fan, and a television. All bedrooms are beautifully decorated and have brand new bedding. The second full bathroom is right off the living area.

The Ocean Keyes community has a clubhouse, six community pools and hot tubs, one fitness room, two tennis courts, and grilling areas. It is located off Ocean Drive, a quick walk or drive to the beach with plenty of public parking, shopping, and dining.

Sandy Feet Retreat is the perfect place for a family vacation or an adult getaway!

Just as pictured!

The property was just as pictured! Clean, colorful, perfect for a family! It was close to the pool and the ground floor entrance was so nice - especially with luggage!

Perfect NMB stay

We have been staying at ocean Keyes for 15 years and this condo was a delight. The location is close to everything you need and first floor is so easy with kiddos. Clean, comfortable and communication with owners was a breeze. Everything in the condo worked properly and the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. A all around.

Nice 1st floor condo

I'm familiar with this plan and the 1st floor condo was great for my mother that couldn't get up stairs easily. We enjoyed the stay. 1st floor porch was nice for pool access.

Excellent Stay

The property was extremely clean and just as advertised. Walk to the beach, even shorter than we thought. Michael is a great host a very communicative and make sure everything was fine during our stay. Really enjoyed our time there!!

Clean and spacious

The unit was easy to get in/out of as it was on the first floor. Very clean and updated. The only thing that we didn’t like were the mattresses. They were too hard for our liking, but we understand that others may prefer these … just personal preference. Everything else was great.

Would stay here again

We were very happy with our stay here end of July 2024. Condo was clean and spacious. Didn’t encounter a single bug inside condo which was great! We had everything we needed. Showers are very spacious. Pool is very close out the back porch door and was never busy. At most we encountered 5 other people. Beach is close by but a decent walk if hauling a lot of gear. We chose to drive to the beach mostly. Please note that all beach parking in the area is paid parking. We could not find any free parking. Luckily, my mom drove us and dropped us off then picked us up when we were done. Neighborhood is nice and safe. Very close to a Walmart. Do not go to Walmart on Saturday after arrival. Was insane. Go early Sunday morning! Liked that condo was on bottom floor. Especially since my mom came with us and cannot do stairs. We did have some noisy kids above us though. Make sure to use main gate entrance as code would not work for us at the back gate entrance. The washer and dryer are very small. Will only hold two beach size towels but was efficient. Back screened porch could use a good cleaning. Owner was easy to get ahold of and nice. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again.

Such a wonderful rental and owners. Super close to several pools and an easy walk to the ocean. Close to everything, but in a calm, quiet community.

Great Winter Retreat

We spent two months at this property and it was set up well for a long stay…comfortable and well furnished. Michael was very quick to respond to questions. The location is perfect for walking to the beach and it is close to the activity center and gym. We had a relaxing and fun stay!

Great summer vacation!

We really enjoyed this condo for our annual NMB trip! The unit is beautifully decorated and clean. It is well stocked and comfortable. The owner is always readily available and communicates well. There were a few small maintenance issues (broken cabinets and drawers) that we notified the owner about. He was willing to have them fixed immediately but there was nothing that impacted/affected our comfort. The complex is beautifully maintained and secure. We will definitely choose this condo again next summer!

Sandy Feet Retreat 2023

The condo, Sandy Feet Retreat, offers a feeling of comfort and safety within the gated community of Ocean Keyes. The condo provides all the necessary items needed for your stay. The condo is nicely decorated with beachy decor and is very homey. Michael is a great host and responds/communicates in a timely fashion. I would highly recommend this condo for your next beach vacation.

Great location wonderful condo

Perfect location for beach and restaurants. Condo was perfect and clean great for multi generational family. Host was easy to contact over minor issue at check related to past guest not unit and he took care if it fast. Would stay here again

First vrbo rental best experience ever

This was our first rental not using a rental company. Michael is an amazing host and his response to any questions are always immediate. The unit is very clean and exactly what you see in the pictures. It's a hidden gem I will definitely be staying with Michael again!

Michael was the best host by far. He answered all questions in less than 24 hrs before the trip. He was understanding when I needed to change my vacation dates. The property was clean and had everything we needed. I would book this property again if going back to Myrtle Beach.

Perfect vacation spot

This property was absolutely perfect for our family. The home was exactly as advertised, very clean and comfortable, and in an extremely convenient location. It was fully stocked with everything we needed for the week (except for a few odds and ends, that we’re more for our convenience). The pool was steps from the home and a great place to end the day. The beach was a short 5 minute walk and very easy even with 4 kids and all of our stuff, but we noted there was also a lot of parking available too. There were stores and restaurants everywhere for easy shopping and eating out, nothing was really more than 5 minutes away. We would definitely stay here again if we decide to head back to Myrtle Beach!
