You will feel as though you’ve stepped straight into a story book in this lakeside retreat at Lake Munmorah. Influenced by classic European lake house design, it couples stunning character features with high-end inclusions and plenty of space to spread out. Made for family living, an expansive backyard and patio backs onto the sparkling lake. Make use of the BBQ on the patio and dine alfresco or soak up the sun at the poolside.

Downstairs, the open-plan kitchen and lounge area accommodates groups with a large dining table, breakfast bar seating and a plush sofa. The gourmet kitchen comes fully equipped for meals at home offering a double oven, full-sized fridge, blender espresso machine and dishwasher for easy cleanup. Upstairs, you'll find an additional living area with soaring timber ceilings, an L-shaped lounge, flat screen TV, a fireplace and separate reading nook.

You’ll find two beautifully appointed bedrooms downstairs, one with a queen-sized bed and the other with a king-sized bed. These have access to a pristine bathroom with a shower and separate toilet. Head upstairs to find four more plush bedrooms. The master is fitted with a sumptuous king-sized bed and opens directly to the balcony where the hot tub overlooks the lake. The spacious ensuite includes a jetted bathtub, glass shower and offers dual access to the living area. There is a second bedroom upstairs with a king-sized bed, and two other bedrooms each fitted with bunk beds, perfect for those travelling with children.

This house comes well stocked with extras to keep the whole family busy! Make use of the football table, bikes and water sports equipment, including kayaks and a paddle board. You can park two cars in the driveway and there is an internal laundry room adding to your holiday convenience with a washing machine and dryer.
