there is an extra fee to use resort amenities , after paying , Up to thirty of your guests will have use of Solterra Resorts clubhouse and all the amenities that go with it including a marvelous resort style pool that features a spa, two different waterslides with a lazy river and the splash pad water park area for our younger guests to play! There is also free access to our fantastic beach sand volleyball and basketball courts if your feeling competitive, playground for the kids, a magnificent putting green for the golfers and lake side dock access for boating.
Your incredible rental townhouse has sixteen bedrooms and ten bathrooms and can sleep thirty comfortably. All 14 bedrooms have Smart 4k TV’s and soft carpeted floors, promising a comfortable and luxurious stay. With two refrigerators and two sets of full-sized washers and dryers, the villa ensures a hassle-free and enjoyable vacation. Guests can enjoy free Wi-Fi and internet throughout the property, making it easy to stay connected with the world. The villa’s unique theme and amenities have been featured by the News 6 at Nine news channel.

A large private swimming pool and spa, which can be heated upon request, and resort-style sun loungers and seating make for an unforgettable experience. A private family BBQ grill next to the pool is also available for a fee, ensuring that you can enjoy delicious meals together. The living room offers ample open space for group gatherings, including a massive Kitchen Island with additional chairs. The kitchen is fully equipped, and all the amenities are designed to cater to the most discerning chef.

The villa comes with its own two lanes of bowling alleys, air hockey table, basketball hoops, pac ball, neo ball, epic arcade games, etc., promising endless entertainment for everyone in your group.

Additional services, such as mid-stay cleaning and daily turn-down service, are available upon request.
The fully functioning and modernized gourmet kitchen has a stove, microwave, dishwasher and all the dishware, crockery, and cutlery you need to create meals for yourselves, if you want to take a break from the several restaurants in the area. For an additional fee, BBQ grill facilities can also be included in the price of your stay.
Your time at Villa Americal includes your own private pool so you can swim or relax in the privacy of your own home as well as full cable television, Wi-Fi high speed internet and local phone calls. You will also have access to full laundry facilities with a washer and dryer as well as fresh towels and linens which will be provided upon your arrival!
Pool heating or hot tub can be added as an additional service to the reservation, subject to an additional cost of Forty -five ($50.00) dollars a night with a minimum rental of seven (7) days and forty-eight (48) hours notice prior to the check in date.

Check in time is 4 pm and check out time is 10 am sharp.
Each bathroom will be provided some small toiletries including one free item of soap, toilet paper, garbage bag, dish detergent and roll of paper towel. There are supermarkets and grocery stores in the area for all your additional needs.

POOL HEATING FYI:
*The heater is set to a maximum of 95F, which is a standard, we cannot make it warmer.

*It doesn't warm up the water instantly, it takes time for it to get to its max set up heating temperature.

*The pool and jacuzzi are heated by the same heater, so they'll both get to the same temperature.

*The heater does not work as a hotel/resort's heater, it will make the water warm, not hot, since it is designed to be used on smaller pools, it makes the water equally warm on both the Pool and Jacuzzi.

*On cold, cloudy, and rainy days, the water will take longer to heat up completely.

* Under these conditions, the surface water of the pool will also be colder due to the climate.

HOUSEKEEPING:
All of Plenitude Villas properties are thoroughly cleaned and inspected by a professional cleaning company before you check in. If you’d like cleaning services during your stay, it can be requested for an additional fee. Clean sheets and towels will be provided for you upon your arrival.

FOOD:
Due to Florida’s laws, no open food can be left in our properties and will be discarded after your stay.

GARBAGE / TRASH DISPOSAL:
Garbage or trash pickup occurs daily. Please ensure your garbage is disposed of properly in the designated areas.

ADDITIONAL CHARGES:
There will be additional costs for providing repairs to damages, additional cleaning or any of the circumstances which are listed below:
• Check out after 10 am or “late check out” is considered an extra day charge. Please vacate the premises before 10 am.
• There is a five hundred ($500.00) dollar smoking fine if applicable.
• There is a pet fee of one hundred and fifty dollar ($150.00) if applicable.
• Excess garbage/trash fee is seventy-five dollars ($75.00)
• Air conditioning damage is one hundred fifty dollars ($150.00) if applicable.
• Emergency plumbing for clogs is seventy-five dollars ($75.00)
• Parties can be subject to a one thousand ($1000.00) dollar penalty
• Extra guests can be subject to a one hundred ($100.00) dollar penalty per person.
• Leisure Patron Amenity Access Fee - One time fee per house per reservation :
1-12 Guests = $35
13+ Guests = $45
