Each level of this spacious retreat offers a cute living room area, bedroom, and bathroom while the upstairs level boasts an equipped full kitchen and dining area where you can prepare home cooked meals and snacks for your adventures. The private balcony offers golf course and ski slope views and is the perfect spot to sip your first cup of coffee in the mornings among the birds. Two spacious bedrooms are furnished and equipped when you are ready for a great night of rest while modern bathrooms are equipped with fresh shower towels for your arrival.
Outside you are sitting right at the base of Bear Mountain Resort, a short walk to local hiking trails, ski lifts, and the Big Bear golf course for tee-time. All homes include clean linens, and fresh bath towels for the occupancy. A kitchen with basic cookware and small starter amount of dish soap, toilet paper, and trash bags will be supplied. Paper towels, coffee filters/coffee, specialty appliances, nor condiments/spices/oils are supplied.
No Pay-Per-View Ordering in any homes.
No refunds/credits for cancellations or trip interruptions due to acts of nature, (especially snow, fire, power outages) weather, road conditions, mechanical or electrical failures, spa malfunctions, or other equipment factors beyond our control.
This is a forested mountain community home to critters- animals or insects you may encounter are spiders, moths, flies, squirrels, gophers, bears, coyotes, burro, bear, bats, etc. Our team inspects prior to arrival but cannot guarantee the home will be free of these forest critters.
We reserve the right to offer a comparable property or issue a full refund if circumstances arise that are beyond our control and your property is made unavailable for any reason.
