The host was very communicative and easy to reach if needed. The apartment is beautiful and has breathtaking views . Very walkable location as well. As you can see in other reviews, be mindful when you book of the key pick up process . It is different than any other place I have rented before. In short, you need to drive to an offsite location to pick up the key with a code to the cashier and drop it off at the same location when you check out. If you are adults traveling alone, this probably doesn’t matter much. However, we were traveling with our three kids, so it was a bit of a hassle. The pick up location is not far from the rental, but you still need to find somewhere to park and get yourself over to pick it up.

The stove was non functional, there is a two burner hot plate attached to the top of the broken stove. There are no supplies in the home for cooking, there are only three mugs so drinking morning coffee is challenging. It was evident that the bare minimum cleaning had been done, clean sheets. The floors had not been mopped and nothing was dusted. So it felt a bit like sleeping in someone else’s filth. The teens loved the hot tub upstairs and the location was nice.

Great location, walking distance to everything we wanted to access. Appreciated having one parking spot at the building. Rooftop access was amazing with the views. Property was as described. Ankit provided detailed check in and check out procedure. We had a slight hiccup with check-in and Ankit was very responsive and helped keep it smooth and easy. I appreciate the response time from Ankit and the co-host. We were provided with additional time at checkout due to a 10k run happening right outside the building. This was slightly unexpected but we made the most of it, and the hosts were very gracious with our checkout time. I highly recommend this stay if you need a comfortable place to sleep while you explore downtown Vancouver.

The property could have been cleaner. I realize by me getting the keys too early, they were not available for the cleaning people when they arrived, reduced their cleaning time but there was obvious things on the floor that were not swept up.

DO NOT underestimate the complete inconvenience of having to go to a different location to pick up the key. In addition to the inconvenience, the key was not available at 4 pm, the specified check in time. Furthermore the staff at the convenience store where the key was to be picked up and dropped off are extremely rude and entirely unhelpful. As far as the property goes, it’s in a pretty good location, walking distance to lots of Gastown restaurants and the harbor front. The inside was reasonably clean, but the patio was neglected and dirty. It’s clearly not on the regular maintenance list. The furniture in the livingroom was tired and could use an upgrade. Overall, I can’t recommend this property.

I'm disappointed we did not get to utilize the amenities room due to key fob issues. Couldn't get into our room until well after 4pm. Communication was a bit last minute and also seemed like the cleaning was also done very last minute. Overall the checkin process was very frustrating but the view and location is wonderful.

This condo in the W building was beautiful and perfectly located, just steps from the waterfront and Gastown. The owner was very responsive and even provided portable A/C units, which was a lifesaver during a hot weekend in Vancouver. Check-in was a little tricky due to parking, but the staff were professional and helpful throughout the process. And don’t miss the incredible views from the 42nd-floor hot tub—it’s a must-see!

Our first night in the apartment we could see Mount Baker - the view is amazing. The balcony has a couch and chair. Ankit was very responsive.

Very clean and very well equipped with nice linens, good products and all you need in the kitchen. The check-in process was sketchy! The owner promptly replied to answer our questions. The stove was not working and he explained. Overall, I highly recommend this apartment.

Vancouver 2 nighr stay

Very nice experience. Modern apartment with stunning views of city and Harbour and mt baker in the distance two couples and we had no difficulties with the roomy apartment. There could be a few more utensils and towels in the kitchen for those who like to make a home cooked meal. Great stay.

Cozy stay with amazing view

We were very pleased with our stay here in Gastown! The condo was clean and had everything we needed. It’s conveniently located right above a grocery story and a London Drugs. All we had to do was go downstairs and turn right. We were able to get our food for the week and bus passes. Our favorite part was the amazing views from the rooms. Such a beautiful little spot and the property owner replied to any concerns or questions in a very timely manner. Thank you again!

Everything was fine. The apartment is definitely dated and needs some fixes. Blinds in bedroom don’t work. The key pick up and drop off is a weird situation and quite inconvenient.
