Blu Lake House Dock Game room long-term stay

Enjoy a stylish and peaceful two-story waterfront cottage with beach access, this is the perfect escape. Located an hour from Toronto. The nearby Marina offers activities including boating, jet skiing, ice fishing, and access to snowmobile trails. Explore local attractions such as the casino, go-karting, and more. This cottage includes inflatable boats and swings facing lake view. Unwind with Netflix, or enjoy the game room, which includes a pool table, foosball, hockey, basketball, and Xbox360.
The space
Space:
The Blu Lakehouse provides:
- Keyless entry and high-speed Wi-Fi, with a good connection even from the dock.
- We also have two plug-in mosquito repellent devices, and a few Thermacell Patio Shield Mosquito Repellent devices (please bring your own Thermacell Cartridge and Mat Refill Pack).
- A maximum of 8 guests is permitted. Approval is required for 2 additional guests, with an extra guest fee applicable.

First floor:
Open space kitchen, dining, and living room.

Foyer closet: includes hangers and flashlights.

Kitchen - Lakeview:
Fully equipped with all the cooking tools you need including a gas stove, microwave, rice cooker, blender, Keurig coffee machine, K-cups, kettle, tea, sugar, cream, various spices, cooking oil, olive oil, cooking spray, balsamic vinegar, ketchup, mustard, mayonnaise, relish, Franks Red hot sauce, lemon juice, pancake mix, pancake syrup, tin foil, clear wrap, parchment paper, Ziplock bags, food storage containers, cleaning supplies, dish soap, sponges, dishwashing cubes, wine glasses, champagne glasses, and more. Cleaning supplies are under the kitchen sink.

Dining area - Lakeview:
Dining table that seats 8, kitchen island seats 4.

Living room - Lakeview:
1 full sofa, 1 loveseat sofa,
2 single sofa chairs, gas fireplace, games, books, and 60-inch flat screen smart TV with Prime Video and Netflix.

Laundry room:
Front loading full-size washing machine,
front loading full-size dryer, 1 laundry basket for dirty bath towels, 1 mesh laundry bag for dirty swim towels, 2 baskets on top of washer dryer for clean linen, detergent, fabric softener in the cabinet under the sink, and the upper cabinet includes towels for rough use.

Half washroom:
Toilet with bidet spray, sink, toilet paper, and paper towels.

Storage closet:
Central vacuum, lightweight plug-in vacuum, mops, Swiffer duster rod, garbage bags, recycle bags, and washroom trash bags.

Master bedroom:
King-size bed, end tables, single-size sofa bed (great for a child) , 45-inch flat screen smart TV, Netflix, Prime Video large closet with hangers and laundry basket, dresser with storage space, bedside light, room-darkening shades, iron board and iron, white cotton bed sheets, comforter with white cotton duvet cover (duvet cover is also washed after every guest), comfy pillows, mattress protector, and pillow protector. (Bed vacuum with UV light is used regularly).

Master ensuite washroom:
Stand-up shower, Soaker tub, toilet with bidet spray, makeup mirror with a comfortable stool to sit on, storage drawers, hair dryer, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, toothpaste, body lotion, toilet paper, paper towels, and linen closet with bath towels.

Second floor:

Hallway linen closet:
Closet includes bath towels, swim towels, and basic cleaning supplies for the washroom. (Main cleaning supplies under the kitchen sink).

Office - Lakeview:
Office in conservatory facing Lakeview, desk with drawers including basic office supplies, comfortable office chair, a second table with storage space, and an end table with one drawer (where the printer is located). We provide High-speed Wi-Fi.

Washroom:
(Washroom located in the hallway), stand-up shower, toilet with bidet spray, storage drawers, hair dryer, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, toothpaste, body lotion, toilet paper, paper towels. (Shower and toilet are in separate rooms from the sink vanity, within the washroom).

Bedroom 1 - Lake view:
Queen bed with single pull-out trundle bed,
end tables with lamps, and a dresser all with storage, room-darkening shades, large closet with hangers and a laundry basket, white cotton bed sheets, comforter with white cotton duvet cover (duvet cover is also washed after every guest), comfy pillows, mattress protector, and pillow protector. (Bed vacuum with UV light is used to deep clean the mattress regularly).

Bedroom 2 - Lake view:

Game Room - fully finished space above the garage:
The game room includes a pool table, foosball table, basketball arcade, hockey table, Xbox 360 with many classic games, a table including a comfortable chair to play Xbox, a two-seater recliner sofa with a center table, (a fun hangout spot for kids, teens, and even adult game lovers!).

Garage:
Two-car garage
(a third small garage in the back of the main garages is not for guest use).

Driveway:
The driveway provides space to park 5 or 6 vehicles. (Street parking is not permitted; you may get a ticket).

Porch:
The large white porch wraps around the house.
In the front of the house with a view of the volleyball net in the front yard, we have a two-seater bench with a backrest that includes cushions, along with two single chairs that also have cushions and a coffee table in the front. The back of the house faces a lake view. Porch seating in the rear of the house includes an outdoor 6-seating dining table, 2 cushioned wicker loveseats, two cushioned single sofa chairs, a coffee table, a gas barbecue, a service table, a small rolling storage cart, and a large step-on trash bin.

Front yard & backyard:
The front yard includes a volleyball net.
The backyard is a lake view area that includes a swing set, 2 reclining lounge chairs with canopy shades, 6 Muskoka style chairs around the fire pit (2 more on the dock), a patio umbrella, a two-seater bench with a backrest that includes cushions with a coffee table in front.

Dock:
The dock includes a two-seater swing chair, a cushioned wicker sectional sofa, a center table with an umbrella, a coffee table, 2 Muskoka style chairs, and a storage bin with life jackets.

Small blue shed:
In the small blue shed, we have
3 inflatable two-seater boats with paddles and air pumps.
We also store our firewood in the shed.
If we have a supply, you're welcome to use it. But we don’t provide guests with firewood. Please bring your own.
Guest access
Guest have access to the entire house.
