Luxe Homestays introduces The Wilding, a chance to reset and reconnect to The Wild and immerse yourself in nature`s playground. Designed to connect with family and friends in the most organic of ways, swim, nature walks, relax, cook, play music, breathe. If escaping the rat race and heading deep into the wild for a weekend of sheer relaxation is your idea of bliss, enhance the whole experience by making sure you stay at The Wilding in Yallingup.

Sleeping
The Wilding is a 5 bedroom 3 1/2 bathroom home that sleeps up to 12 guests. The Deluxe Master bedroom has a King bed with ensuite and for those feeling free, natures bathtub and shower. Bedroom 2 has a queen bed set in a relaxing earthy colour palette, the next door is a single room with 2 king single beds and a trundle. This area is serviced by a large bathroom complete with a freestanding bath with skillion window that looks skyward. The yoga room doubles as 2 king singles daybed/ beds with beautiful views over the pool and into the wild, this room also has a modern wood burner and plenty of Yoga mats. The fifth room is separate from the house, a large self contained studio with 2 queen beds, modern sofa bed, complete with ensuite and kitchenette. Outside the studio, you find a learner surfboard rack complete with boards for the whole family.

Dining
The open-plan kitchen/dining/living area is the beautiful heart of the home where huge windows and glass doors blur the lines between outdoors and in. Cook up a storm in the amazing kitchen or opt for an easy BBQ meal prepared in the nearby outdoor kitchen, complete with a pizza oven. The indoor dining is Moroccan inspired with a beautiful marri dining table but be ready to stretch the hips as seating is on leather poufs and lowrider dining chairs. The outdoor alfresco area is a huge covered space with 12 seater bbq table and a large comfortable outdoor lounge which spills directly onto the lush grassed area, flowing onto a large outdoor nature picnic/dining table amongst the trees, for a stunning evening experience, complete with solar festival lights to set the mood right.

Activities
Spend the summer days in the lush water of the Magnesium swimming pool framed by jetty timber and shaded by Dragon trees! Take an early morning walk through the guided wooded trails filled with native orchids and grab some fresh eggs from the chook pen on the way home!. The Wildings has consciously not installed televisions but filled the home with musical instruments, board games and garden activities free for all the guests to use...inspire the child inside!

The Wilding feels miles from crowds and yet is only a short drive 3 minute drive to Famous Yallingup beaches. Comfort is paramount at the home with Air conditioning set up throughout the home and 2 wood burners for warmth and ambience in the cooler months.

Bright, sun-dappled spaces are complemented by a sleek, thought out, a feast for the eyes palette, plush soft furnishings and pops of colour – think earthy hues, turquoise greens and pastel ochres. Enveloped by shadowing jarrahs and red gums trees, native plants, lush grass with sparkling pool, this home feels miles away from anything (and anyone) else; a tranquil escape for those looking for a well-deserved break.

No pets or Leavers Groups

Guests have exclusive use of the property with parking onsite.

Down the road Yallingup and Smiths Beach, local boat ramps, and easy access to the unique Margaret River food and wine region. The area boasts of local produce, boutique wine and beer, local artisans and artists and many natural attractions and experiences. Some of note are fishing during the salmon season over Easter, watching the whale migrations, surfing the many surf breaks. For the foodies breakfast & coffee at The Lagoon in Yallingup or Goanna Gallery or just coffee at Andys near Caves House, lunch at Wild Hop Brewery or Eagle Bay Brewery or head into Dunsborough for a quick dinner at Burgertron, Bayside Burger Bar or formal dining at Yarri Restaurant depending on what you are feeling.

Lots of flexibility having your own car, there are many options for bus tours, but local riding options are well worth trying out.

For convenience, privacy, and relaxation, guests can request an in-house massage.

If you are interested in having a yoga instructor teach private classes at the house please contact us for referrals.

If you plan to have dinner at Yarri Restaurant + Bar, we strongly recommend making an advance reservation.

◦ PHOTOSHOOTS
If you`re interested in having a photoshoot please let us know. There are additional fees.

◦ ENHANCED CLEAN
We put a huge effort in to ensure our space is clean & fresh, laundered linens and full detailed clean each time to give you peace of mind.

Our Policy does not allow for these groups to be hosted.


COVID Policy:
1. Our Standard Cancellation Policy Applies.
2. Western Australian Lockdown occurs for dates booked: A Full Refund is given or if appropriate future dates can be found the booking will be moved.
3. International and Interstate lockdowns: unfortunately no refunds can be issued and the standard cancellation policy applies.
4. Guest is required to comply with all Government vaccination or testing requirements.
GATHERINGS
Shire regulations allow holiday homes to be rented for accommodation purposes only and not as a function venue eg. for a party or wedding. Any unannounced additional guests or parties, functions or gatherings are not allowed. If this occurs, additional guests will be asked to vacate the rental property immediately, resulting in the forfeit of the entire bond and/or possible eviction with no refund.

NOISE RESTRICTIONS
Please be aware permanent residents live next door and noise MUST not become an issue. Noise complaints breach our terms and conditions and may result in the forfeit of your bond. Guests may be evicted and/or their security bond forfeited in full. The noise curfew is 10:00pm.

NOISE CONTROL DEVICE
We have a noise control device on the property, which simply tracks noise levels and notifies the host when a certain decibel has been reached over a sustained period of time. Similar to a smoke alarm, it has a sensor function only.

BBQ & PIZZA OVEN
If you’re using either, please clean up after yourself when using the grill, and replace the cover when you’re done. If it’s left excessively dirty, an extra $100 cleaning fee will be applied. Ensure the gas valve & the grill itself are shut off.

LIGHTS
Out of courtesy to our neighbours, could you please ensure that all outdoor lights are turned off when you go to bed each night.

NO SMOKING
All our properties are non-smoking. There will be a substantial additional cleaning fee to remove odours and stains.

FIRES
There are fire restrictions from October to April inclusive and must be strictly observed.

SHOES
Please, no shoes within the house. Minimise the mess.

PARKING
Parking is allowed in your designated parking area.

FURNITURE
Please do not move the furniture around.

CHECK-OUT
Check-Out times are strict. Our cleaning team are on a short timeframe, please be out of the property on time.

WASTE
Garbage and Recycling go in the black and green/yellow bins, respectively. Please empty your waste before leaving.

POOL
This is for your enjoyment, please treat it with respect, no drinking is permitted inside the pool, and no children are to be left unattended.
