Thank you for your feedback, Amy. We're sorry to hear your stay didn't meet your expectations. We strive to provide every guest with a five-star experience and always take guest feedback seriously. Our goal is always to resolve concerns during a guest's stay so our guests can fully enjoy their vacation. We encourage guests to reach out as soon as an issue arises so we have the opportunity to make it right. The appliance issue reported during your stay was addressed promptly. The additional concerns shared in your review were not brought to our attention until checkout, despite our communication throughout your stay. Had we known sooner, we would have gladly worked to remedy them. Our cleaning team consistently receives outstanding feedback from our guests and takes great pride in preparing our homes. The downstairs bedroom is accurately represented in our listing photos so guests can see its features and decide whether it best fits their needs. We're glad you enjoyed one of the home's biggest highlights—its location directly across from the neighborhood pool—and we'll continue striving to provide every guest with a wonderful experience.
