Our check-in hour is at 3 pm and our check-out hour is at 10 am, an earlier or later time might be accommodated subject to availability and extra fees may apply.

Key collection is simple and nearby. You’ll receive full details before arrival, with pickup conveniently located at My Local Store on View Avenue.

Getting Around:

Parking: A designated parking at the basement carpark, also free EV Charging located at the end of the basement driveway.



It is also only a 35 minutes drive from the airport and around $50 to catch an uber here.



Getting there:

From airport: You can choose to the no.777 bus from the airport to Broadbeach South Station. Then transit to the G:link Tram Station, from there exit the tram at the Cypress Avenue Station, then walk over to The Midtown for about 3 mins.



The Bus stop in front connects to Sea World and Southport so don’t worry if you don’t have a car.
