Upon arriving at the Sea Watch, you will appreciate being able to park your car in the shade of the Covered Parking Garage. As you arrive at the Condo, you'll be welcomed by classic Beachy Furniture and decor throughout. You'll pass Bedroom 2 and the Den on your way down the hall to the Living Area and Kitchen.
The Owners of this bright Condo have thought of virtually everything to make your stay one of a kind. You'll love sinking into the comfy Living Room Sofa, also a Queen Sleeper Sofa, after a day of soaking up the sun on the Beach. Cool off in the AC while you relax and enjoy the Free WiFi and Flat Screen Smart Cable TV. A large Private Balcony gives southern Views of the Beach and the Bay making it the place to both begin and end your day. Outdoor Dining Furniture makes it an awesome place to dine Al Fresco while enjoying that salty sweet sea breeze!
The Kitchen is spacious and well-appointed, you will love preparing Family Meals, while never missing a moment of family time. There is plenty of seating at the dining table for a family meal, but no doubt you'll be dining at Al Fresco as much as you can! Not one to cook on Vacation? Walk to many restaurants close-by - everything from fine dining to the World Famous Greene Turtle is all just a stroll away!
Just off the Living Area is the Primary Bedroom with plush King Bed, Flat Screen TV, and attached Bath with Walk-in Shower. With its own Private Balcony Access, you can sneak out to catch a glimpse of the moon over the Ocean or start your day with a Sunrise before anyone else wakes.

Outdoor pool is seasonal, Memorial Day to Labor Day. Indoor pool hours available upon request. Amenities are available at the discretion of the building and can not be guaranteed. Building is 100% Smoke-Free, balconies included.
Seaside Vacations does not allow group rentals or rent to guests under age 25 - Families ONLY - No HS Senior Groups, Bachelor-Type Parties, etc. Therefore, online bookings for group rentals will not be honored.
