Completely updated throughout and appointed so many thoughtful touches, this 2,335 sf home is a treat. We just know you'll want to return again and again.

Living Spaces
Lofty ceilings are uplifting and floor-to-ceiling windows take full advantage of sweeping ocean views. An intimate seating area surrounds the fireplace with gas insert, and a Smart TV, but the great-room feeling lives large.

Kitchen and Dining
The immaculate kitchen is fully-equipped for the chef in your party. An attractive tiled backsplash, custom cabinetry, solid countertops and stainless steel appliances are just the start.
A large dining table seats 6+ with additional built-in bench seating and four upholstered chairs.

Outside, the private ocean-facing patio is equipped with two lounge chairs, a bistro table with chairs for two and a hot tub.

Bedrooms and Bathrooms
Quality bed and bath linens are provided.
Upstairs, Bedroom #1 has a king bed and an en suite bathroom with a large, tiled shower with dual shower heads. This is a loft-style room that is open to the lower level living areas, taking full advantage of the floor to ceiling windows and ocean views.
Two guest bedrooms are located on the lower level:
Bedroom #2 has a king bed, TV and ocean view.
Bedroom #3 has a queen bed and its own sink/vanity area.
Bedrooms #2 and #3 share a Jack and Jill style bathroom with an innovative shower room and small separate soaking tub.

A two-car garage is available for parking and 2-4 cars can fit in the driveway. The washer and dryer are located inside the garage.

This home is a monthly rental and we request that all nights of your stay are within the same calendar month. Some exceptions may be possible, with the approval of our team and the homeowner.
