Este oasis tropical ofrece vistas al océano, una piscina privada y el personal del hotel. Villa Rebeca es un paraíso para los amantes de la playa, que ofrece acceso a cuatro majestuosas playas de la región.

LA COMUNIDAD
Como parte de My Huatulco Vacation Signature Collection, Villa Rebeca está ubicada dentro de la comunidad cerrada de Conejos Bay, junto con algunas de las propiedades más grandes de la zona. Además de esta región residencial, el área ofrece cuatro playas para elegir: Tejoncito, Punta Arena, Playa Conejos y Punta Conejos.

DORMITORIOS Y DISEÑO
Esta villa puede alojar hasta diez personas, con cinco o más habitaciones con aire acondicionado, cada una equipada con baño privado con ducha.
El dormitorio principal se encuentra en el tercer nivel de la villa y ofrece una cama king-size y baño privado con ducha. Disfrute de su área de descanso privada interior, así como de una terraza privada con dos sillas.
Encontrará tres habitaciones ubicadas en el segundo nivel de la villa. El primer dormitorio ofrece una cama king-size y baño privado con ducha y ofrece el lujo de dos terrazas privadas con sillas y tumbonas. Los otros dos ofrecen cama tamaño queen y baño completo con ducha.
El nivel principal de la propiedad cuenta con un dormitorio con hermosas vistas al jardín que ofrece una cama doble y baño privado con ducha.
Hay un sexto dormitorio (básico) con una cama doble que puede acomodar a huéspedes adicionales si es necesario. Esta habitación está ubicada en el nivel inferior de la casa y, aunque no ofrece aire acondicionado, está equipada con un ventilador y un baño básico.

COCINA Y AREA DE VIDA
La villa cuenta con una hermosa sala de estar al aire libre que ofrece acceso directo a la zona de la piscina y una vista del patio interior. La sala de estar incluye sofás de lujo y ventiladores de techo para mayor comodidad. El espacio habitable se extiende hacia el área del comedor donde encontrará asientos para ocho.
La cocina está totalmente equipada con electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable y una gran isla central con asientos para tres. Ya sea que elija cocinar su comida en la cocina gourmet o aprovechar nuestro programa de chef, ambas opciones están disponibles.

PISCINA Y AMENIDADES
Relájese en su piscina privada con tumbonas y sombrillas. Al lado de la piscina encontrará un ��rea sombreada con una hamaca donde podrá relajarse para una siesta por la tarde. Si está buscando una opción de natación alternativa, un camino por la parte trasera de la propiedad le brinda acceso privado a la playa de Punta Arena (15 minutos a pie).
Nota: El servicio de limpieza está incluido de lunes a sábado.

ACTIVIDADES LOCALES
Aunque hay muchas actividades locales a solo un corto trayecto en taxi, se recomienda alquilar un auto en esta propiedad. Si está pensando en jugar una partida de golf, el Club de Golf La Parotas se encuentra a 12 minutos en automóvil. Para aprovechar el excelente surf que Huatulco tiene para ofrecer, no tendrá que alejarse ya que la playa de surf más cercana se encuentra a aproximadamente 4 minutos en automóvil. A 9 minutos en coche se encuentra el distrito de complejos de Tangolunda, que ofrece numerosos bares y restaurantes. En La Crucecita, a 15 minutos en coche, hay muchas tiendas que ofrecen obras de arte, ropa, café y mescal locales, así como docenas de bares y restaurantes.

The home was in great condition and in a quiet neighborhood with beach access less than 10 minutes away. We hosted a meal for 15 people and had plenty of room to entertain. We solicited our housekeeper, Esmeralda, to cook the meal and it blew us away…better than any of the restaurants we’d been frequenting for about 15USD per head. Amazing. It’s worth noting that the management team was extremely responsive to our needs and were in constant communication with us for the entire week. Remember that you’re renting in the burbs and are a 150 peso cab ride away from Santa Cruz or La Crucicitas but this is exactly what we were looking for.

Surf Retreat

Beautiful home with a forever view of the bay from the second and third stories. The pool was so nice at the end of each day of surfing. Minutes from Tangolunda and Huatulco Surf Co and ten minutes from the beautiful town of La Crucecita with tons of food, shopping and entertainment. We’ll definitely be back.

Absolutely Amazing Stay!

Our group of 8 were welcomed into this beautiful villa. It was extremely clean, very well stocked Kitchen, excellent location with path to your own private beach. The staff were all friendly and very helpful. We all rated it 5 star and would highly recommend.

Home rental

We really enjoy the hospitality of saul and leidy they were asome they made us feel like family. The property managers, on the other hand, we are not happy they did not check us in or out of the property they never communicated in person that's.

In terms of your check in and check out, thank you for this feedback. As described in advance of arrival, since your chosen check in time was 11pm our office would be closed. That said, we confirmed that we would make sure you had everything you needed to access the property and our guest services team would be coming to the property the following morning to welcome you in person. Upon their visit we were not able to coordinate access. You indicated that all was well and there was no need to come in for a further meeting, which we of course respected! Likewise, your departure time was 6am, before our office was open. For this reason communication around your departure was managed virtually. Though we understand that you would have liked more in-person interaction, I am happy to see that our team's ongoing communication with you throughout your stay was enough to warrant a 5-star review in that category. Best Villa

The villa was clean and staff was nice and accomodating. Leydi and Saul were amazing. We cooked a lot and it could use some new pots and pans. The refrigerator is not cooling enough, even though it's set at -23 degrees. The ice maker is not making ice fast enough. It could use a new refrigerator. Other than that, it was a perfect get away for a group of nine guest.

It is a fair ways from town so you probably need a car to get around as there is no shopping nearby

Hi Jill, Thank you for taking the time to review your experience at the property and with our company. You're right that the beach off the back of the property can produce larger ways, it is a huge expansive undeveloped beach which is stunning to look at, but not suited for young/weak swimmers. Thankfully Huatulco has over 36 beaches including another one in this neighbourhood that offers a calm protected cove and gradually sloping sands. In terms of getting directions to the property, it was recommended that you take our private airport transfer for $60 USD per way (which would have fit your whole group) given that you were going to a private home in a private neighbourhood - verses a complex. Instead you opted for a taxi which does save you a small amount of money upfront, but can be more challenging as Huatulco does not have street addresses/house numbers that are easy for taxis to find. This was communicated to you on a few occasions in advance of your arrival. Instead, you were given a link to google maps with exact directions from the airport to the property including a map. It was recommended that you print the directions/map so that you could hand it to your taxi driver in case there was a language barrier and/or you did not purchase a Mexican data plan. Our team was awaiting your arrival at the property and was in contact with you. We try our best to arm guests with the necessary details required in advance of their arrival and regret that you felt the steps taken were not enough. I do hope to have an opportunity to host you again at one of our properties as I feel confident we would deliver a fantastic experience for you and your family! Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is our 3rd stay at Villa Rebecca. The neighbourhood is beautiful. The location and the house are good for a group. Lots of places to walk. The private access beach is an added bonus. As always Leidy and Saul looked after all our needs. Taxis are abundant if you want to go to town. The hotel area is within walking distance. This time we found the villa to be a bit tired. The dishwasher wasn't screwed into the wall and it kept falling forward when both racks were pulled out. The appliances are getting old and don't work the best. We like to cook so some things could be updated. Also the air conditioning on the 3rd floor needs to be updated. There is a lack of outdoor furniture for the amount of accommodations. Ally A Ontario, Canada

Sin embargo, esta vez viajamos ocho amigos y casa. Rebeca cumplió con las expectativas que buscábamos con habitaciones suficientes, espacios, amplios agradables limpios y una atención Premier con una maravillosa vista y personal de la casa que te atienden y tratan de que cada detalle de cada día sea una agradable experiencia, realmente tomar una enta con esta empresa, es garantía, todo lo que describe cada una de las propiedades es real. Las imágenes son reales y sobre todo la gente que trabaja para esa empresa son muy profesionales y siempre con mucha amabilidad y una agradable sonrisa 100% recomendable ya no me preocupo porque en mis próximas vacaciones rentarían nuevamente una de sus propiedades. A wonderful stay at Villa Rebeca

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I booked Villa Rebeca for 9 nights for myself and 4 clients. The villa was absolutely stunning. Everything was perfect, including the staff and the services they provided. Our rooms were constantly cleaned and the area was kept spotless. The villa is perfectly located so you have a pool, a relaxation area and a rooftop view of the sea on the third floor.My Huatulco Vacation staff also provided us with great service and were always available if we needed anything or had any questions. They organized a photoshoot for us and also organized a dinner chef for us.I would definitely recommend Villa Rebeca to all my family and friends,

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed at the Villa Rebeca for ten days. The stay was wonderful. The kitchen is well equipped, and has lots of pans if you wish to cook, or you can ask Leidy the housekeeper to cook for you. She is a wonderful cook. The house was impeccable, Leidy takes great pride in her work and keeps the house in tip top shape. Saul, the pool man and garden master kept an eye on us as well, and he keeps the pool sparkling. There are two small beaches within walking distance. The pictures are nice, but the house we thought was nicer in person than the pictures. Martha the manager was very nice and personable. We would most definitely recommend our friends to stay here and or come back. The house is located about 20 min from town, so we took taxis there and back. Everything was great. We used chedraui for our supermarket, and the regular market for the freshest seafood and fruits. Be sure to pack your sunscreen as you will spend countless hours by the pool and beach. And dont miss the Bahias tour, where they take you to four different bays to swim and snorkel. There were nine of us in our party, everything was wonderful! Thank you Huatulco!

A family reunión made possible by this fantastic house

Reviewer Comments: We were looking for a property that had everything, a private swimming pool, many rooms for our big family, with AC, beautiful grounds and direct access to the beach. After a long searching process we found Villa Rebecca and just as expected ti was the perfect house for a fabulous family reunion. The house is so beautiful and very well taken care of with everything you may expect I’m the kitchen, toilets, rooms, etc. A couple of people working at the house made sure our stay was great from the time we arrived. Lady, the cleaner turned up to be a superb cook so we hired her for a reasonable fee to cook our lunches and Saul Tim charge of maintenance was also able to drive us around some times )outside of his working hours). Lady is so nice that walked with us to the beach taking care of my 6 year old nephew making sure to hold his hand to make sure he wouldn’t trip in the hiking trail. The only comments for an August stay is that the main living room does not have AC so it gets very hot so we had to go in the pool at 10pm to cool down! We felt ti would’ve been good to have a table and chairs to seat outside.The BBQ is brand new so our stakes and grilled fish was amazing!

Amazing spot would return

Fantastic house, location and private beach. On site staff was helpful and pleasant. Got lost on route and could not find the house or reach the property manager which made for a super stressful arrival with our group. Eventually found the location after stopping to ask for help. Weather and house exceeded expectations and week was wonderful.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our group arrived for the second consecutive year for a 12 day stay at Villa Rebecca in Huatulco, Mexico. We were greeted by Leidy and Saul who are the property's housekeeper and maintenance person. It was wonderful to see them again and automatically felt the warmth and welcoming that they offer. The house was just as we remembered it. It's the perfect set up for our group. We enjoy taking walks through the neighbourhood and along the main road to the hotel zones. There is a great view of the ocean from the balconies. The pool is not overly large but it is big enough for all of us to relax and enjoy cooling off after a hot day. One suggestion is that there needs to be more lounge chairs for larger groups. And some furniture on the top floor balcony would make things more comfortable. When we mentioned this Saul was able to come up with a couple of extra loungers. It's a quick taxi ride to town. By about day 3 most of the taxi drivers knew who we were and where to pick us up. Everyone is so friendly and helpful. We had the chef's service for 3 meals when we arrived. The pantry service is a great way to start out so we didn't need to rush to the grocery store. Gaby was our guest services host. She is new to the position and we had a few miscommunications however it worked out for the most part. Overall our stay was good and we look forward to returning to Villa Rebecca again.

Quiet and Safe

Really beautiful house! Clean and spacious. The housekeeper and care taker were really great and made us feel at home right away. The pool was always clean and taken care of, the kids all took every opportunity to use it. The caretaker was always around to help us with anything we needed. It was great having him around. The housekeeper keeps the house clean daily which was great also. The neighbourhood is quiet and safe so that was reassuring. The beach just down the street was beautiful (Conejos Bay) so we spent a few days there. Definitely would rent this property again!
