Esta delicia arquitectónica es un sueño navegantes. Con un muelle flotante justo al lado de la parte trasera del patio, pesca, vela, esquí acuático y mucho más están a su alcance.

Hay espacio para todos en esta amplia villa con 2 dormitorios con camas King size, una con 2 camas dobles y otra habitación con 3 camas dobles. Un montón de espacio en las habitaciones - un maestro incluso tiene una bonita zona de estar de su propio!

Un montón de espacios tranquilos para "escapada" en la planta principal también - sentarse en la piscina, en el muelle flotante, por el bar al aire libre, bar en la piscina, bar interior o simplemente relajarse en la sala de estar mientras disfruta de las vistas. Esta villa fue construida para dar cabida a un gran grupo de personas y, como tal, ofrece muchos lugares diferentes para las personas encontrar algunos momentos de paz solo (si eso es lo que estás buscando). Great Family Home

For two families, this was a perfect house. Two master bedrooms and the other two bedrooms having multiple beds for the kids. We enjoyed watching the boats come in and out every day and the fish were always jumping to keep us entertained while swimming. The location was very close to restaurants, shopping etc in Chahue and Santa Cruz, but too far to walk. So having a driver is handy (which we had).The management group was well organized and communicated well.

Amazing villa...

From the very start of our two week Christmas adventure everything and everyone was fantastic. The management staff were so responsive and helpful and couldn't be easier to deal with at all times. We had Gladys (cleaner) three times and week and the place was spotless. We loved that they had a Christmas tree up for us as we travelled with 10 family members, four of which were expecting Santa to arrive! The beds and furnishing were comfortable, just right for a family vacation and in very good repair. The pool was the hit of the vacation...warm, clean and so fun! We were a bit worried about the location, wondering if it was too far from town but we ended up renting a couple of scooters for the two weeks and cabs were very easy to flag down from the end of the road. There are enough dishes and equipment for large groups and all were in good shape. There is a roof top patio that we did not use as the shade umbrella was not installed and it was too hot. It has a washer and dryer in lower level but the washer has a tricky start button that could be fixed. Also,as a Canadian I object to paying in American dollars, would prefer pesos. The beaches around the community are great for everyone... I highly recommend Casa Buena Vida and the management company for your vacation. We will be back I hope.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed during 10 days in Casa Buena. The house and the rooms are confortable and big. There is a lot of equipement ! whatever you need, search and you'll find it. It is great to have a 3 bed room downstair, so that the kids have their space (and the parents far away on the 1st floor). Also, we liked the fact that the Wifi was not strong enough to reach the kids room, ensuring us to know when they are connected or not. The pool looks greats on the picture, but it is even better in real ! we spend a lot of time in it, enjoying the view (You can see parts of the Chahué beach), having fun with the kids and having drinks.I would like to call out the villa management, that was able to fix in a few hours on a saturday a AC issue we had. Always responding quickly to our asks. If you can, make sure to book the boat tour to see all the hidden beaches of Huatulco, with really nice snorkeling spots.We enjoyed the Villa and Huatulco and the services provided.

Relaxing Huatulco stay

We were three couples and a single so the four bedrooms each with its own washroom/shower was perfect. On the positive side:The transportation service to/from the airport and our driver Moises was terrific.Our cleaning lady Ana Maria was also terrific, and as a bonus helped us figure out how to get the oven going and fixed the LR blind that had an issue.The property manager Jose was 100% responsive and reacted promptly to any issues we had (A/C unit, washer, hot water) and the maintenance workers that came out (Jose Antonio) were super.The beds and pillows were comfy.The four restaurants we visited were excellent (Terra Cotta twice, La Crema, Xipol, Rocoto)Cabs were inexpensive to get to/from restaurants and the grocery store (50 pesos each way).On the negative side:The dock out front was quite noisy and irritating.We did see one roach and small scorpion near the pool and one roach in the house.A small misunderstanding regarding water delivery and payment.It took a bit of figuring out as to the fact the BBQ needed to be plugged in to get the lighter to work.The house was for sale so we were slightly inconvenienced when showings occurred.

The kitchen lacks for nothing. overall a very nice place and i would defiantly recomend it

We were ecstatic to be able and get back to Buena Vida and jumped at the chance when it presented itself. It is the best house we have rented in Huatulco - incredible views, the great swim up pool/bar and the best staff of Ana Maria and Tim. Everyone at My Huatulco Vacation makes the entire experience seamless and are there at any minute to answer any questions or concerns. We had just an incredible week and are already booked to come again next year. We can't wait already!

They told me that the kitchen and living room A/C units were out of service and missing parts. It was extremely hot and in my desperation I turned them on to see if they worked. Guess what? They lied, they do work but orefer to tell guests the AC units don’t work so that you don’t use them and save energy. If I would of known that the ACs were not working in the common areas and only in the bedrooms, there is no way I would have booked this property. On another note, the description says daily maid service. This is not true and misleading. I booked a stay for 5 days and services was provided twice. Olease update description to reflect reality.

A wonderful place to unwind

Spacious bedrooms, large bathrooms, showers and plenty of spaces to be alone.The kitchen is laid our wonderfully and you've got to love the glass wall that opens to your pool and the ocean.As evening rolls in, turn on the exterior lights, enjoy a margarita at the swim up bar and feel the tension and stress melt away.This is a perfect place for a group of couples, a family reunion or even a business retreat.Just know you'll need a taxi every time you leave, but that's easy to make happen and cheap, about $2.50 US a ride.

House with a good location

The house has a good location, 3 rooms have a nice view and the 4th is in the basement (no view). VRBO helped to find and select the property, however the entire rent process/agreement is handled by an external agency, "My Vacation Huatulco Property Rentals". My only recommendation is that If you are planning to reserve tours/excursions, you can do it at the Marina in Huatulco and find a much better price instead of using "My Vacation Huatulco Property Rentals".
