This comfortable, fully equipped holiday home boasts water frontage and magnificent views of the Derwent River and Mount Wellington and is ideal for either short or long-term stays



The house has 4 spacious bedrooms and sleeps up to 7 people. There is also a large timber sundeck, with outdoor setting and BBQ, as well as undercover parking.



Just 40 minutes from Hobart and 30 minutes from Hobart Airport, the house is only metres from the water and close to nearby shops, surf beaches and parks.



Enjoy sweeping mountain and river views in our light filled beach house. Unwind on the deck to the sounds of the waves and sea birds. Our tranquil setting is just what you need to relax and recharge.



South Arm is a tight knit community with friendly locals who love the great outdoors. You’ll find a handy little general store selling grocery basics and more, open 7am-7pm weekdays, and 7:30am to 6pm on weekends. There’s also a market at the community centre on the first weekend of every month, selling local produce and knick knacks.
