Stay in one of Melbourne’s trendiest suburbs—that is just a stone’s throw from all the city has to offer—in a two-storey, two-bedroom home for four guests. Enjoy the luxury of your own backyard with an outdoor deck and the convenience of being minutes the heart of the city.
Primely positioned, in close proximity to Melbourne Zoo, Queen Victoria Market,Melbourne University and Royal Childrens Hospital, also close by to great live music venues, upbeat pubs, trendy beer gardens and craft breweries
Please note that our street is currently closed due to ongoing road works. As a result, there is no car access to the house at the moment. Guests are required to park on a nearby street and walk to the property.

This double storey home for up to four guests offers two bedrooms, 1.5 bathrooms and two outdoor entertaining spaces including a backyard. Here, polished wooden floorboards and comfortable grey couches sit alongside spacious bedrooms and newly-renovated bathrooms; giving you an ideal home away from home.
Downstairs you’ll find an open-plan layout featuring a well-lit living area with two large sofas and a large-screen, smart TV with Netflix access; sitting alongside a dining table that can seat six, and a sun-soaked and spacious outdoor deck with al fresco seating. You’ll also find a dedicated working space, a powder room and a dedicated laundry room with a sink and washing machine.
Staying in? Make use of the fully-equipped kitchen stocked with all basic necessities and fitted with a gas cooktop, microwave, dishwasher, oven and a full-sized fridge.
Head upstairs to find two spacious bedrooms. A master room comes with a queen bed and built-in wardrobes, while a second room has a double bed and built-in wardrobes and sits alongside a pristine bathroom with a bathtub and a separate stand-alone toilet.
A well-lit bedroom features a double bed dressed in quality linen and in-built, mirrored wardrobes; while a pristine, modern bathroom features sandstone-coloured tiles, a spacious rain shower and a large vanity.
The big bins are collected every Tuesday so they must be taken out for collection every Monday evening. Any guest who stays over on a Monday/Tuesday must agree to take the bins out. Please do not book this accommodation if you're not prepared to take the bins out. We will send you reminders. Thanks!

Due to local regulations, we can happily host you for up to 90 nights. Any bookings that exceed this duration will be cancelled by Vrbo.
