The property layout is as follows: An inviting lead light entry opens into a long corridor off which introduce three generous bedrooms, main with en-suite and central bathroom. Stepping down to concrete floors which flow past a gourmet kitchen featuring double-glazed cafe windows which open into a grape vine covered Atrium, hence the name. Spacious dining room, sunken lounge and spacious second living area are all surrounded by picture windows overlooking a native inspired garden. Central laundry with washing facilities complete inside. Parking is via a remote opening roller door accessed from Trenerry Crescent. Luxurious features include ducted heating/cooling in the rear living/dining areas and hydronic heating in the bedrooms.

Sleeping: This magnificent three-bedroom double-fronted residence offers plenty of character with all the modern amenities one would need to enjoy their time in Melbourne. The main bedroom has a queen-size bed and chest of drawers, the second bedroom features a king-split bed and built-in robes, while the third bedroom offers a queen-size bed with a small hanging robe and chest of drawers. Two bathrooms make mornings hassle-free. The main bedroom has an en-suite with a shower and toilet, and there's a central bathroom with a shower above the bath and toilet. Each bedroom has hydronic heating only.
