- Guest Bedroom 2: Ideal for kids or a group of friends with 55" TV, this room boasts bunk beds with full-size mattresses and a convenient trundle bed.
- Guest Bedroom 3: This room can double as a second queen master suite with 43" TV. It offers direct pool deck access and an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower.

- BBQ Grill: There is a propane tank at the home, but the level of gas is not monitored by property manager. Guests may be responsible for refills.
- We provide all guests with consumables in the form of toilet paper (2 rolls per bathroom), dishwasher detergent and soap, 1 roll of paper towels, hand soap and garbage bags for the first few days of your stay.
- All guests must be disclosed at time of booking, no unauthorized guests that are not on original booking
