!!! Contact us for our extended stays options!!! This amazing ground floor condo is located in the MOST prestigious resorts in Orlando. This gorgeous, modernly decorated condo is the ultimate getaway when visiting Orlando. Perfectly located, it's only 7 miles from the Disney Parks; minutes away from incredible food, night life, and other fantastic attractions that make Central Florida famous. Universal and Sea World are only a 25 minute drive away. Our wheelchair accessible home will make you feel relaxed after a fun day exploring and enjoying what makes us the number one destination in the world.
About the Space
This newly updated, wheelchair-accessible condo features 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, comfortably sleeping 6 people. With a fully equipped kitchen, complete with full-size appliances and cooking essentials, you can plan on having home-cooked meals at the dining table every night! Other amenities include high-speed internet access and cable TV, an in-unit washer and dryer, and a large patio overlooking one of many golf courses at Reunion Resort!

Your reservation gives you access to the following community pools located inside the Reunion Resort:
1) 801 Driving Range Ct - Reunion
2) 1364 Seven Eagles Ct - Reunion (Our favorite one: Heated Pool, Hot Tubs, Gym, Tik bar, wonderful view on the Reunion Golf Course)
3) 7589 Assembly Ln - Reunion
4) 7500 Mourning Cove Way - Reunion
5) 7621 Heritage Crossing Way - Reunion
6) 7693 Heritage Crossing Way - Reunion
7) 7470 Gathering Loop - Reunion
Your reservation DOES NOT give you access to the Reunion Waterpark or to the Spectrum + Clubhouse
Disclaimer:
Reunion Resort offers 7 pools and a waterpark. You reservation will give you access to the 7 pools (see above list) but not to the waterpark.
Other Things to Note:
No-Party Policy: It is our strict policy to forbid any parties/raves at the property. Since this is a residential area, high noise levels are restricted from 10 pm-7 am. We would appreciate it if you respect the house and environment in which you choose to stay in.
No Smoking Policy: Please be aware that any form of smoking may activate the house smoke alarm and any tampering with our fire detector will incur a fine.
Should we believe that the guests have been smoking/vaping in bedrooms, balconies, patio, or any part of the house, a smoking fine of will be charged for deep cleaning.
No Pet Policy: Although we love animals, we do have a strict "NO PET POLICY" to maintain the cleanliness of the house. You are subject to be charged an extra fee for non-compliance.
IMPORTANT TO KNOW:
** This property is self-catering. A small starter kit is provided for your arrival, including 3 dishwasher tablets, 2 trash bags, 1 new sponge, 1 kitchen paper towel, 1 starter soap per bathroom, and 1 roll of toilet paper per toilet. Guests are responsible for purchasing additional supplies as needed during their stay.
What to Expect Before Check-in
Just like when you check in at a hotel, Florida law (Florida Statutes, Chapter 509.101(2)) requires a quick guest registration before your stay. We’ve made this process fully digital so it’s simple and secure, while also protecting both you and us from the scams that unfortunately occur in the Orlando area.
Here’s how it works:
After booking, you’ll receive a short online form to complete.
You’ll be asked to upload a photo of your ID and a selfie holding the ID to confirm your reservation.
For added security, we’ll also request a photo of the card used for the booking and a selfie holding the card—similar to how hotels verify your ID and credit card at check-in.
Once everything is verified, we’ll provide your digital door code so you can go straight to your vacation home.
Please note: at least one guest must be 21 years or older and present during the stay.
Important: If registration is not fully completed as described above, guests will not be granted access to the property and no refund will be issued. In such cases, the reservation is considered a no-show.
Important House Rules
No smoking and no pets are permitted inside any of our properties.
Homes are for vacation use only and may not be used as a permanent residence.
Maintenance or pest control visits may be scheduled during your stay; our team reserves the right to access the property if needed.
Security Deposit
$500 for stays up to 28 nights.
$1,000 for stays of 29 nights or more.
The security deposit is charged to your credit card and refunded after check-out once our cleaning and inspection team confirms there are no issues. Please allow 7–14 days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or credit card provider.
Pool Heating (Optional)
Available upon request for $35 + tax per day (7-day minimum).
For same-week requests, a $50 service activation fee applies.
Heating runs daily from 8 AM to 8 PM, with temperatures subject to weather conditions.
Cancellation Policy
By booking this property, you agree to the cancellation policy listed on the booking site.
A 5% processing fee applies to all cancellations (deducted from the amount already paid).
Please note: Failure to complete the registration process (as outlined in the check-in requirements) will result in denial of access to the property and no refund will be issued. This will be considered a no-show.
We highly recommend travel insurance for added peace of mind.
