Our modern mountain retreat is ideal for groups of friends or family wanting to explore the spectacular Canadian Rockies! This 3 bedroom/2 bath condo is just outside Canmore in the hamlet of Dead Man's Flats. After a day of adventure, relax in pure comfort, enjoy homemade meals or the courtyard BBQ, soak in the hot tub, watch a movie, or curl up by the fire at Copperstone Resort!

The space

This newly renovated two-level condo comfortably sleeps 8 people (with 1 additional fold-away single cot, available upon request) and is perfect for families, groups, or couples looking to relax, rejuvenate or seek outdoor fun in the Canadian Rocky Mountains! Your mountain ‘home away from home’ is waiting for you!

Bring out your inner chef in the fully equipped and multifunctional, open-concept kitchen offering granite countertops, a spacious island, and a luxurious dining area where you can create delicious home-cooked meals after a day of exploring the mountains. The kitchen offers an expansive island with seating for 3 or 4 to enjoy a delicious breakfast or buffet-style eating.

It features all the essential appliances to meet your needs, including:

Bedroom 3: Bunk bed (2 Twin beds)

You can also request in advance the single twin cot bed for an extra guest. There are up to 6 beds in total. All the beds are complimented by high-quality, luxurious linen and pillows to ensure a good night’s sleep.

Every unit is sanitized and professionally deep-cleaned after each stay to ensure the health and safety of all of our guests.

Guest access

Guests will have access to the entire unit along with all the resort's amenities including the fitness center, games room, hot tub, fire pit, and underground parking.

Other things to note

- We have one dedicated, underground parking spot for our guest's use. (An additional parking stall costs $15 CAD per day).

- Pets are allowed (for a daily fee of $20 CAD per pet) but must be monitored at all times.

We have these rules not to penalize guests. We have these rules to ensure that all guests staying at the building have a positive experience.

1. QUIET HOURS: Quiet hours are from 10PM to 6AM. Please keep the noise down in order to comply with the local noise bylaws. Noise violation fines range from $50 CAD to $200 CAD depending on the severity of the complaint. This will be charged to the guest if a noise violation report is received.

2. SMOKING: Smoking is NOT allowed in the condo and private deck. There is a fine of $250 CAD if the property managers find evidence of smoking inside the condo or deck.

3. CHECK-OUT TIME: We have a check-out time at 11AM. Unauthorized late check-outs will result to a charge of the nightly rate.

4. CHECK-IN TIME: We have a check-in time at 4PM. Unauthorized early check-ins will result in a charge the nightly rate.

5. UNAUTHORIZED GUESTS: You are allowed to have extra guests. Please make sure to add the total number of guests on the reservation. An accurate price will be automatically calculated based on the number of guests. Unauthorized guests not added on the reservation will result in a charge of $50 per guest per night.

6. Pets: Your furry friends are welcome! Our pet fee is $20 CAD per pet, per night.

We need to follow the building rules regarding noise to maintain a healthy relationship with our neighbors. Please do not leave your pets unattended inside the unit. Any imposed monetary penalties caused by noise disruptions like excessive barking will be transferred to the guest.

7. We want your stay to go as smoothly as possible. We do not advise mailing items to the unit as we do not have access to a mailbox. However, you may take advantage of Canada Post's FLEX service, which allows you to choose a post office nearby where you want the item to be delivered. You may also rent a personal box in the nearest Canada post office to receive your packages there if you are staying for a longer period.

8. It is the guest's responsibility to make sure no items are left behind at the property. If an item is found after checkout, we have a process in place for mailing the item. As we are not liable for forgotten or lost items, the guest has to cover any related mailing costs.
