La villa tiene dos plantas. La primera 80sq suelo. m tiene 2 dormitorios, 1 baño, una sala de estar con cocina totalmente equipada, lugar de almacenamiento. Puede pasar momentos de comodidad y relajación en la terraza del piso que da vistas ilimitadas y espectaculares de la montaña y el mar que está a 5 minutos a pie (400 m) de distancia del turismo de masas.
En la planta baja se encuentra disponible un 20 sq. M.bedroom con cocina, nevera y baño con capacidad para 3 personas (1 cama doble, 1 individual).
En el mismo nivel hay un lugar de estacionamiento y el área circundante con hierba.

Lovely house in Toroni

Very good place for vacation

The house look smaller on the pictures. As the other say - the house is big. Very good place. There is everything. We are families with kids and we had a very good time in Toroni. The owners are very nice and correct persons. We spend perfect there. We visit them again. Thank you Viktoria. See you soon.

A beautiful house with a personality

The house is in a very good position, at a small walking distance to the Toroni beach and the supermarket, and a few minutes by car from other beautiful beaches such as Tristinika. The house is silent and, being a little bit over an hill, very fresh. It has a large patio from which you can enjoy the view of the sea.The hosts are renting their own house, so it's like living in some distant relatives' place: we liked it! The upper house is very nice, and might accomodate 4 or 5 persons. The lower house is somehow more basic, but it gives the opportunity to host other 2 or 3 persons. We definitely recommend it!

A lovely week in Toroni!

Viktoria and her husband were at the property to welcome us and show us around which was a nice personal touch. They were very kind and even left us watermelon and their homemade olive oil! As a family holiday home, it was filled with personal items and little touches which gave it a comfortable homely feel. Everything we needed was there. The only slight surprise was that the downstairs bedroom was only accessible from the outside so felt seperate from the rest of the house. Aircon units in the bedrooms would be recommended as the noise of neighbouring dogs meant leaving windows open at night was not an option plus it was so hot the ceiling fans could not cope. Only a minor issue though and not a problem in daytime. We loved the view from the large terrace - absolutely stunning. Being able to walk into the town was very useful as it is very busy in August and parking is tricky. The beach was very nice - sandy with clear turquoise sea. We preferred sitting at the castle ruins end near the paddle boards. The local restaurants were average, we found food in neighbouring Porto Koufo (5 minutes by car) to be much better. Tzitzikas is outstanding! We'd thoroughly recommend staying in this beautiful home, missing it already, thank you so much for having us Viktoria & Byron :-)

Nice location - uncomfortable hosting

Nice house in good location, some nice restaurants, beach bars and boat/kayak/pedalo rental - nice towns 5 minute drive away also. We had some issues at this property: *There was a misunderstanding from the host for our arrival time (they thought 10am when we had said 10pm (host confirmed 10pm was okay a few days before) - so they waited at the property all day. When we arrived host was drunk and stayed over in one of the rooms - without asking us, walked in on some of us getting changed as didn't knock. Presume the sheets were not changed the next day when he left. *Listing says olive oil, raki etc would be provided and help with airport transfer booking - when asked these were not available but no communication was provided to say this. *Downstairs room had overwhelming chemical / toilet smell - Did not want to leave a bad review, contacted the host to resolve and discuss these issues. Feedback from the host was not pleasant. Saying it is our fault on arrival times and they thought we were lost 'for 11 hours' (this is not correct as they confirmed at 10.30am day of arrival our time was actually 10pm and this was okay for them) and also said we left the house unlocked and this was a big issue, we were just following instructions from the host that greeted us to leave the keys in the door (they had only messaged us on the night before leaving RE a different instruction, which we did not see until we had left) - host is now ignoring messages.

Tolle Lage, traumhafte Terrasse.

Die Lage auf einem Hügel ist Traumhaft. Man genießt Blick aufs Meer, Sonnenuntergang, Mondaufgang. Wir hatten Glück und hatten vollen Mond. Terrasse ist riesig. Hat 2 Sitzmöglichkeiten für 5 und 4 Personen jeweils mit Kaffee Tischen und ein Esstisch für max. 8 Personen. Haus ist geräumig und kühl. Auch an heißen Tagen. Klima im Wohnzimmer und Decken Ventilatoren in Schlafzimmern sind ausreichend. Oben sind 2 Schlafzimmer und riesiges Wohnbereich. 1 für max. 3 Kinder und 1 mit großem Bett. Es sind große Schränke in jedem Zimmer vorhanden. Spülmaschine und Waschmaschine sind da. Auch Gasgrill auf der Terrasse. Wohnung unten ist für 2 Personen. Ist etwas wärmer, da die Sonne Abends die Seite direkt anstrahlt. Wir würden zu 8 untergebracht. 4 Erwachsene, 4 Kinder von 9 bis 13. Es war für uns alle sehr viel Platz.. Es gibt sehr viel Geschirr. Ein extra Bett würde in die Wohnung unten gestellt. Es gibt Fleischer in der Nähe. In dem Lebensmittel Laden am Strand ist große Auswahl an einheimischen Obst und Gemüse. Auch andere Lebensmittel außer frische Fisch sind da. Strand in der Nähe ist traumhaft. Mann erreicht den in 6 Minuten zu Fuß. Es gibt eine Abkürzung. Kleines Fußweg. Wenn man ca 3 min bis Ende des Strandes (Richtung Neid Marmaris) bis zum kleinen Halbinsel fährt so findet man traumhaftes Strandbar mit Schaukel, Toilette und Dusche auf einer Seite und einsame Strand auf der andere Seite. Tolle Aussicht und gute Lage

Hier hat alles gepasst! Ein sehr geräumiges Haus mit einem großen Appartement und einem kleinen Appartement, eine tolle Terrasse mit einer herrlichen Aussicht, sehr fürsorgliche Gastgeber und sehr schöne Strände vor der Tür. Der Strand von Toroni ist in zehn Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Man benötigt aber auf jeden Fall einen Mietwagen.

We had a wonderful 10 days staying at Viktoria’s house. Fabulous views and ideal location.

Torini was a relatively sleepy beach resort and Viktoria’s house is ideally positioned a few minutes walk from the beach and the centre of the village. Set up a little it was lovely and cool and had fantastic views from the large terrace. A very warm welcome from Viktoria and her husband who gave us tips on where to visit etc The house was immaculate, beds comfortable and we were particularly grateful that there were beach chairs and umbrellas for us to use. We will definitely be back!

Our family spent three magical weeks at Victoria's House. The house fully corresponds to the description. The location is very good: 1. The distance from the promenade and the beach area is short, that makes the rest comfortable. 2. The location of the house on a little hill provides to stunning views of the sea and mountains, and provides additional air and cold and these nice little things are not available for residents of the villas, which are closer to the sea. The house fully equipped everything necessary for a comfortable life. Not big, but very well-kept area with palm and olive trees rescued kids from the summer heat. Supermarket, restaurants and the beach are very close each of other. I think the Toroni beach is one of the best in Halkidiki. Crystal clear water and a totally unique sand are here. We rested from the end of May, so people were very few and that gave us an additional comfort. The very atmospheric and cozy house and the super friendly owners Victoria and Viron made our vacation very pleasant. Thank them.

Great 10 days

We spent 10 days in this house. What I can say is that we had a great vacation, the house is more beautiful than the pictures can show and the sea is closer than we imagined. The owners were very friendly and helpful. The beach is very beautiful, the sand is neither too coarse nor too fine, is just perfect. If you want to visit Sithonia you must not miss out Ethnic beach bar. We visited almost all Sithonia, but for me the best beach was in Toroni and the best place to stay was this house. Thank you Viktoria!

Erholung pur!

Sehr gepflegtes und sauberes Objekt. Freundliche, super sympathische, und hilfsbereite Besitzer. Komplett ausgestattet, mit allen Dingen, die man für den Alltag braucht. Für alle Grillfreunde gibt es einen Gasgrill, und Workaholics freies WLAN. ;-) Liebevoll dekoriert und eingerichtet. Ausreichend Platz für 2 Familien. Kinderfreundlich. Tolle, leicht erhöhte Lage, mit herrlichem Meerblick. Vor allem auf der großen Terrasse, kann man so richtig die Seele baumeln lassen! Wenige Gehminuten vom Ortszentrum entfernt. Supermärkte, Restaurants, Geldautomat, etc. vorhanden. Das türkisblaue Meer ist ein Traum, der Sand am sauberen Strand grobkörnig, einfach herrlich und absolut empfehlenswert! :-) Super Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge.

Very nice place!

The house is spacious, clean and well equipped with everything you could need. The kitchen too is perfectly equipped and there is a barbecue on the beautiful terrace. The garden is clean and tidy and the outside shower is very useful. The pictures correspond well to reality and is also available free internet wifi. The owners are very friendly, nice, welcoming and very helpful for any need. It was really a pleasure to meet them! There is also a large umbrella and chairs on the beach that is just a 5-minute walk away. Always with a 5-minute walk you can reach a well stocked supermarket and a range of restaurants and bars along the beach. The nearby beaches are clean and beautiful and the sea water is crystal clear! We'd recommend this house to friends and family without a doubt, and we hope one day to come back to this villa!

Verry nice rental...

Perfect to rent for family and/or friends. Very spacious! This facility is much nicer than the pictures show. When we arrived a very lovely and kindly owners meet us, explain everything and show the house. It is really big and splendit. In the kitchen you will find everything you need for cooking, even a gril. Bedrooms and bathroom were cleen and keeped in good condition. the view from the terrase is greate. Every one from us had a wonderful vacation in this villa. The beach is amaizing, water is soo clean, the owners give us a big umbrella and chairs. Next year i will defenetly come back to this villa. thanks Victoria.
