This is a 90sqm 2-Bedroom Split level Maisonette by the sea. It is part of a Luxury Complex of Houses (Alterra Vita Homes by the Sea) just 3 km away from the cosmopolitan village of Neos Marmaras. Located among the pinetrees and in front of the beach this house is perfect for families and a group of friends who want a more independent choice of accommodation for their holidays than a hotel.

This is a 90sqm 2-Bedroom Split level Maisonette by the sea
The master bedroom is at the top floor with sea view, a balcony and an ensuite bathroom with shower. There is also a single bed on this floor. At the middle level (entrance level – 1st floor) there is a living room with dining area and an open plan kitchen with a balcony and an outdoor dining table. The ground floor has has one big bedroom with direct access to the private Garden. There is also a 2nd bathroom with shower at the Ground floor. The Ground floor bedroom has a queen bed (160x200) and a large single bed (120x200).
BBQ facilities available at the Balcony.

Finally, I would like to introduce you to our Day Sailing Cruises. Either you stay with us this summer, or you decide to choose another accommodation, we would be glad to welcome you on board our Sailing Yacht and spend a day on board, swimming at crystal clear waters and private small coves; we have our own 14m sailing yacht and we sail to secluded beaches and extraordinary spots that are not accessible by car. During the day you will swim, play with the Stand-up Paddle, do some snorkeling, learn how to steer the boat and handle the ropes, but you can also just relax under the sun. We will make a lunch stop at a nice restaurant by the sea during the day, and if you are lucky you might even meet the dolphins. (max capacity of 9 people).
