House was immaculate and had incredible views. Was easy to get down the mountain via automobile into Gatlinburg. The kitchen and bathrooms were both fully stocked. Our kids loved the lower level with built-in bunk beds, pool table, video games and swim spa. House has room for 3-4 families with ample space for privacy and not feel crowded. Highly recommend!!!!

What a great house! Very clean. All the rooms have king beds and very comfy. The basement king has a firmer bed but the rest were plush. The kitchen has all the essentials,however no extras like seasonings or coffee filters so be sure to bring your own. The hot tub and gaming area was phenomenal. The drive to the house is interesting. Lots of twists and turns…a bit scary if you are not used to it but we took it slow and it was fine. Finally, there were bears!!! We loved it. They were in the trees behind the house and then walked thru the yard to the driveway. It was awesome. Overall, this is a great house.
