The Space:
Enjoy the impressive look of this apartment, which is perfect for travelers who want complete relaxation.

The apartment has wood-style flooring complemented with modern furniture and fixtures, which adds to the cozy feel for anyone who is staying. The decorations are carefully designed and furnished, which makes this apartment not your ordinary one. Let's start off with the fitted kitchen that will allow you to prepare tasty meals for your loved ones in no time. It has all the appliances you’ll need during your stay, such as a gas range hood stove, microwave, oven, refrigerator, washer, and other household accessories.

The living space is where you can easily curl up on the comfy couch that is convertible into a bed (sleep 1) with a chaise and enjoy watching your favorite movies on the huge 55” HD TV.

Next to it is the sleeping space, which has a king-sized bed with a top-quality mattress and is fitted with hotel-quality linens for a good night's sleep. The dining space has a rectangular table and upholstered dining chairs that can comfortably seat three guests at a time.

The bathroom has soft, fluffy towels, shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, and body lotion to ensure you'll have a great stay!

Step out and breathe some fresh air from the balcony. Enough outdoor furniture is provided if you want to have a nice sit-in in the afternoon and take advantage of the peaceful community views that this apartment has to offer.

Jumeirah Village Circle (JVC) is an emerging area of Dubai. This family-oriented community is a breath of fresh air from the busyness that is apparent in Dubai. The tranquility that you will find in this place will satisfy your need to relax while not being far from the necessities that you need for everyday life.

Within the JVC community, you can find a mall, parks, sports fields, schools, and mosques, which ensure that you can enjoy your stay but not be deprived of your needs and even pleasure. There are a lot more to find in JVC but still, the serenity is ever-present as you lounge in your home or walk around the parks and play in the sports fields.

This is indeed a pleasant way to spend your vacation away from your home but still feel like you are in the comfort of a beautiful house.

Getting Around:
The parking is available upon request if you have your own ride. Uber and Careem are also options for booking a taxi.

If you enjoy long walks and would like to explore the rest of Dubai through a metro station or a bus, there is a nearby bus stop where Bus J01 goes to the Mall of the Emirates metro station, which is adjacent to the famous mall that has the same name.

Many things are accessible (grocery stores, pharmacies, restaurants, etc.) because Circle Mall is just a 5-minute drive. Mall of the Emirates is only 15 minutes away by car. The Beach in JBR is a 20-minute drive.

The fastest and easiest way from DXB and DWC airport is by taxi (30min, 100 AED). The cheapest way from DXB airport is by metro (1 hour, 7.5 AED per person).

If you rent a car, make sure you get a navigator or use your mobile map app. Dubai intersections are pretty confusing!

Other Things to Note:
House rules include being respectful of the neighbours, Dubai laws and regulations, and the furniture. Please no parties. Smoking on the balcony only.

This apartment is fully licensed with Dubai's Department of Economy and Tourism (DET).
