Start your vacation right in this beautifully decorated 5-bedroom/4.5-bathroom villa at Windsor resort. The lovely and cozy décor will make you feel right at home. Enjoy ample living and dining room space, and a fully equipped kitchen with all the essentials for your stay. A full-size washer and dryer are at the home for your use, however we do not provide laundry detergent, so keep that in mind when preparing for your stay. Step out onto the patio and enjoy your own private swimming pool and spa. Optional add-ons for your stay: you can request to have The Pool/ hot tub heating , available for $70 every five days. Each additional 5 days stayed would be an additional $70 for pool heat . If your property has a grill, please note there is a cleaning fee of $29.95. Many of our homes are pet friendly, including this one. We do not charge a pet fee, however pets are prohibited from being on furniture or beds. A pet cleaning fee of $250 dollars will be charged to the card on file for any violations to this rule. If you need additional information on rules and regulations from the HOA at Windsor Island Resort such as parking, vehicle sizes or areas in development, do not hesitate to contact us.
