The view was spectacular! The house is very spacious and super clean. We had a few requests nd the host was fast to respond and extremely accommodating. We had a fantastic time. Thank you!

Canyon Ferry Area House

This house was fully furnished and well equipped for our extended family of 10. We found it had everything for our family: large kitchen, coffee service, hot tub, outdoor shower, sound system, large deck w a view of the Canyon Ferry reservoir, comfortable beds and BRs, and larger lowered level for the young adults w bar and beverage refrigerator. The house was immaculately clean and air conditioned for the heat during late July.

It was a wonderful place to get all my family together. Room enough for everyone to have their own space. The view was beautiful.

Great family vacation spot

The house is very roomy with multiple living rooms, great patio with plenty of room to have your meals and enjoy the view. Down below is a hot tub that overlooks the lake. We had 14 very comfortably here!

The driveway is surprisingly steep! Taking garbage bags down is not convenient. But overall it is a very nice place. Deck is great. View is spectacular.

Beautiful home with lots of space and a beautiful view. Very steep gravel driveway, but worth it.

It was great! Loved the big gathering areas and the huge deck and Hot Tub and the view.When we first got there and went up that very steep gravel driveway in our Dodge caravan, it seemed like we weren’t going to make it up and I thought this better be worth it, and it was. I am just glad we had everything we needed with us and didn’t have to go up and down that driveway.The manager was very nice and accommodating.

A wonderful retreat in the mountains

We were in Helena for a family reunion so it was wonderful that 2 families could share the house. The house is very spacious with lots of amenities, we loved the hot tub and beautiful view from the amazing deck. Lots of beds for everyone and big bathrooms with plenty of towels! The driveway was a little intimidating but once we got up it the views were beautiful. Our young adult kids enjoyed the basement area complete with sound system to link too, we’re sad we didn’t have time to enjoy the karaoke. Despite the road resurfacing the week we were there, the drive back & forth to Helena was pleasant, we loved driving through he mountains. Overall we had a fabulous time and really enjoyed the house, we look forward to staying here again for our next reunion!!

During our stay, the hot tub was broken. It was open when we arrived, only half full of water and missing the cover to the filter compartment. When we notified the property manager, there was no reasonable solution offered other than access to a hose to refill it. It obviously had a serious leak and missing the cover to the filters (inside the tub), we didn't feel comfortable using the hot tub with our children. The steam shower/spa and the Karaoke system were also not functioning during our stay. All three items that our young families were looking forward to.

The house was spotless when we arrived. Host was very responsive. There were 14 of us - 6 grandkids under 6 and 8 adults. We had plenty of space to spread out. Kitchen had everything we needed as far as utensils and cookware. Access to the lake was ok. We did bring our side-by-side to help haul the kids and toys to the lake. The walk is nice for some exercise. We enjoyed the deck and the hot tub a lot. The view is spectacular! The neighborhood was very peaceful and quiet.

Plenty of room

We enjoyed our stay so much! We had plenty of room for the families to spread out. Traveling with 6 grandkids all under 6 but still able to have quiet space in the house when needed. The house was so clean upon arrival. Plenty of supplies - kitchen had everything we needed. Plenty of towels although some were not very absorbent. Access to the lake was fairly easy - a nice walk for some exercise. The hot tub was great! It was perfect for our family - 14 total.
