“SUNatras Summerwind” Beautiful Gulf Front! Condo! Pool, Wrap-around patio

Welcome to this upscale and spacious 3 bedroom / 3 bathroom end-unit condo located on Navarre Beach. Enjoy the emerald green waters and sunsets on the private wrap around balcony with stunning 4th floor views of the Gulf of Mexico and views of the Sound (Inter-coastal Waterway). There are three large swimming pools (one heated in winter) and 3 hot tubs.

This elegant beach front condo features a King bed in the master bedroom with a Full bathroom. The second bedroom has a Queen bed with a private Full bathroom. The third bedroom has two twin beds with access to a Full shared bathroom. Each bedroom has a smart TV. There is a well-equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances and a washer and dryer.

Just a short walk takes you to the Pier for some fishing, local restaurants including Juanas/Sailers Grill, Windjammers on the pier, and Andy D’s Restaurant. Great food and great service!

Navarre Beach is a family friendly community with bike/walking paths that stretch the length of Gulf Blvd to Pensacola Beach. Along with enjoying Navarre’s top-rated beaches, be sure to check out our many local restaurants and gift shops, longest fishing pier on the Gulf of Mexico. Need some retail therapy? Great Shopping can be found on Pensacola Beach Boardwalk or thirty miles away to Destin Commons, Silver Sands Outlet Mall, Harbor Walk Village and Grand Boulevard. A short drive to Pensacola you can view the famous light house or the Naval Museum.

Spacious and comfortable

The property is very tastefully decorated and has a great view of beach. Easy to get in and out of building, very convenient location to elevator. Beach chairs and umbrella in the unit were terrific. Complex has ample shower and foot wash stations.

Beautiful condo and a wonderful trip

We had a fantastic stay at this condo! The space was beautifully decorated, spotlessly clean, and fully stocked with everything we needed — dishes, cookware, silverware, and more. It made settling in and enjoying our time together so easy. I stayed here with my wife, our two kids, and my mother-in-law, and there was plenty of room for everyone to relax and feel comfortable. The thoughtful touches throughout the condo really made it feel like a home away from home. We had a wonderful time and would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommended!

Beautiful Beach Escape

The property was quiet and well maintained, with stunning views of the ocean, white sand beach and pier. The interior was clean and beautifully decorated, blending elegance and comfort. The kitchen was well stocked, and we appreciated the supply of beach towels and chairs. Any staff we encountered were friendly and helpful. We can’t wait to return!

Winter get-away

Our stay for a month to escape the winter blues was fabulous. The condo is beautifully decorated and clean. Great location for day trips to Destin or Pensacola. The condo had all the essentials, only recommendation would be some new kitchen and bath towels, as they showed their wear.No follow-up call received from property management to check on whether everything was as expected or if we needed anything. Would highly recommend the condo… it was a great experience.

Dont think about it, just book it! We had a great time! Very clean, beautifully decorated with great furniture, great location, on the beach, pretty pools. The master bedroom view is to die for, the master bathroom shower is huge!

The location of the condo was fantastic and the condo itself beautifully appointed. We would definitely return if we find ourselves in Navarre again. Also the chairs on the deck were nice and comfortable, so we enjoyed our coffee in the mornings and wine in the evenings out there. The property managers were also very responsive. There was no hairdryer and they delivered one the next morning. Only thing I wish they had provided was shampoo and conditioner and bath mats for getting out of the shower/baths.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a wonderful trip. The weather was great. The condo was pretty. But it did lack a few things, which I will list.The guys went out to buy shrimp to cook, we had to call them and tell them not to buy any, because there was No pot big enough to cook them in. That was a very disappointing thing, because we had already bought everything else to go along with the shrimp. There was no pitcher to make lemonade or tea, so we had to go purchase one for our stay. I had to change the comforter in the master bedroom. It was all tattered and the material was very frayed. In the closet was a new white comforter. Not sure why they did not put that one on in the first place. There were no bathmats in any of the bathrooms. So, we had to sacrifice a towel to use. There was no lock on the sliding glass door of the balcony in the living room. That would not have been a problem, but we had a 5 year old with us, and he was able to open the door without us! The next issue was beyond control of the management company or the owner, several times when we were trying to enjoy the balcony in the morning and the evening, there was a very strongSkunky smell of marijuana. So strong that we would literally have to go inside. We spoke to the people next to us and they also said they would have to go in and it was even coming into their condo! We would have contacted security, but we could not find a phone number to do so! it would be nice to have a contact number for security in the book provided. We also had a very intoxicated lady that was lying out in our breezeway, in her pajamas, unable to tell us what room she was in and not very coherent. We had to call 911. Over all, we had a really great time with the family. And would we stay here again? Yes!The beaches are less crowded. People are very friendly. Easily accessible to a lot of things. Loved being close to the pier.

When we walked in it smelled "new" and looked new. The view of the ocean from the 4th floor was amazing. We stayed 4 nights and it was wonderful. We had only booked 3 nights but there was a night available between us and the next tenants and we liked it so much management it possible for us to book the 4th night. So happy we did because the 4th day was the best. Thanks again for a great, clean, and beautiful place to stay.
