The location is ideal for those who want to explore Inverloch, Only 500 metres from the Inverloch pier and 700 metres from the Inverloch shopping strip. You'll be able to easily walk to nearby restaurants, shops, and attractions.

This ground floor of this house boasts a spacious and welcoming entrance area. A bedroom and bathroom are conveniently located on this level, providing comfortable accommodation. The double lock up garage offers secure parking for vehicles, as well as additional storage space. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with all necessary amenities and features a butler's pantry for additional storage and preparation space. The open plan living and dining area, with beautiful timber flooring, creates a seamless flow to the outdoor living area, complete with stacker doors and gas bbq. The laundry is also fully equipped with a brand new washer and dryer, making household tasks a breeze.
