From fishing to swimming and surfing, there’s plenty to keep you busy in Shellharbour. Centrally positioned, this home offers easy access to five glistening beaches, scenic picnic spots, and family-favourite Jamberoo Action Park.

Designed for laid-back living, this property is set over two levels, opening to a vast, leafy backyard where families can enjoy a game of cricket. There’s a BBQ for cooking up a true Aussie feast, alongside an alfresco dining setting for relaxed outdoor meals. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything needed for meals at home, including an oven, stove, fridge, microwave, and dishwasher for easy clean-up, while nearby supermarkets and eateries offer added convenience. A large indoor dining table makes it easy to gather for shared meals, while the living room features a generous sofa and central TV, creating a cosy space to unwind. Kids will love the arcade setup in the garage, complete with a basketball game and a foosball table for hours of entertainment.

Upstairs, five well-sized bedrooms provide comfortable accommodation for up to ten guests. Three bedrooms feature queen beds, one offers a double bed, and the fifth includes two single beds. Each room is dressed in crisp white linens and offers ample storage for longer stays. A sofa bed in the downstairs living area can be set up to accommodate two additional guests if required. Upstairs, a plush secondary lounge offers a quiet retreat, flowing onto a sunny balcony with ocean views. A second TV and a small table create a flexible space for work or study. The main bathroom is located upstairs and includes a bathtub, shower, toilet, and vanity, while a second bathroom with a shower and toilet is conveniently positioned within the downstairs laundry, along with a washing machine for guest use.

The charming coastal town of Shellharbour sits just 25km from central Wollongong and a 90-minute drive south of Sydney. The area is known for its scenic foreshore walks, excellent beaches and stunning national parks. Try stand-up paddle boarding on Lake Illawarra, surfing at Warilla Beach and enjoy a dip in the picturesque Shellharbour Ocean Pool.

Bushrangers Bay is a popular spot for scuba diving and snorkelling, while those travelling with kids can get their thrills at Jamberoo Action Park. There are plenty of restaurants in the area, including fine diner Branches Restaurant, Relish on Addison and Nardi’s Italian.
