Staged over two levels, there’s plenty of space for families or groups to spread out. The living room on the ground floor creates a cosy space to relax after a busy day with a central TV, then the hallway leads to a well-equipped kitchen with a six-seater dining table for meals at home; you’ll also find some of the city’s most popular cafes, bars and restaurants within walking distance. The charming first bedroom with a double-size bed is located on this level, as well as the shower room. The downstairs toilet is located outside accessible through the courtyard, meant for those who like to hang out in the garden.

Heading upstairs, you'll find a generous office with a sofa and a proper work desk overlooking the street for those needing to catch up on business. There are two other bedrooms here—the primary bedroom is filled with lovely natural light and set with a sumptuous queen-sized bed, while the kids' bedroom features two single beds. They share a bright and modern full bathroom where you can easily refresh and get ready. Guests will also have access to private laundry facilities, including both a washing machine and dryer.

The suburb is well connected via tram to the CBD.
