Villa Uchi is a recently remodeled luxury retreat, thoughtfully designed to offer elegance and comfort at every turn. Overlooking the 11th hole of The Links Golf Course, this villa provides a serene setting for entertaining, dining, or simply relaxing amidst breathtaking views.



The villa features a stunning studio adorned with Chinoiserie-inspired decor, adding a unique and sophisticated touch to its ambiance. Outdoors, an enchanting al fresco dining area awaits, surrounded by lush trees and illuminated by string lights, creating the perfect atmosphere for memorable evening meals.

RESORT FEE

All guests renting private villas at Casa de Campo Resort must register to gain access to the resort and its amenities. Registration fees are set by and paid directly to the resort. The fees are as follows: US$30.00 per adult, per night (ages 13 and older); US$15.00 per child, per night (ages 4–12); Complimentary for children under 4 years old.



RESORT FEE/ACCESS & AMENITIES INCLUDE

Each guest will receive an ID with personal information and details of stay that will provide access to the following services and amenities:

> Access to golf courses including advance reservations at special rates

> Use of the Fitness Center at a special rate exclusively for villa owners

> Use of the towels and chaise lounges at the pool located in the main hotel area, as well as at Minitas Beach

> Discounts, special offers, and promotions at the resort’s restaurants, sports facilities, and other activities

> Access to health care services at the Central Romana Medical Center



FOOD BUDGET: If your villa comes staffed, we suggest as a rough guideline to budget $50-$60 per adult per day for grocery costs if eating three meals at the villa (not including alcohol). This, of course, can vary due to your dietary requests. The Marina has a well-stocked supermarket with groceries, alcohol, and a wide selection of other products (sunscreen, hygiene products etc)



RULES

- Smoking is not permitted inside the bedrooms, bathrooms, living and dining rooms, but may be done outside on the terraces, in the gardens or around the swimming pool.

- No pets allowed.

- Total number of occupants will not exceed the quoted number unless agreed.

- The Guest agrees not to assign this agreement, nor to sub-let any part of the property, nor to allow any other person to stay therein without requesting permission.

- House parties, prostitutes, or similar activities generally considered illegal or immoral and degrading to and abusive of the reputation of the property and the neighborhood are not allowed at any time in the property.

- The Guests are responsible for any long-distance telephone calls made from the property during their stay.

- Guests are responsible for any damage to electric appliances, furniture, silverware, dinnerware and bed linens of the property during your stay.
