Excellent for what we needed!

We were down for a little get away and this property checked the boxes! Communication was outstanding! We needed the pool cleaned the day we arrived and they got someone there asap! Truly a wonderful stay!

We had a wonderful time and both the host and home were outstanding. We stay a lot in Florida and this has been the best place we have stayed. The layout gives you plenty of space inside and outside by the pool. We’ll definitely book this vacation home again!

HUGE Pool Area

Loved our stay here. The pool area was the largest of any VRBO we have ever stayed at and fit our needs perfectly.The neighborhood is quiet and safe and the house was "as advertised" - no negative surprises at all.

Ice maker didn't work--Dishwasher and Microwave aren't working very well either however the home was very spacious--outside pool area was amazing--would definitely stay again!

Place was great

Everything we was looking for in a house . Quiet neighborhood room to stretch out . Central location. Big pool and hot tub. House needs some minor maintenance. And pool was kind of dirty every day and seemed to loose water. But no complaints would book again.

This is the third time we stayed at this house (3/24, 3/25). My previous reviews were both excellent, and this stay was no different. It's a nice, private house and yard in an excellent neighborhood.We opted to pay the additional for the heated hottub and pool and are glad we did. Though being there in August, it probably wasn't necessary, it was nice and made the end of the day swims so much more enjoyable. The host, Florida Scandi, was fantastic. We had two issues during our 18 day stay. In both cases the situations were quickly resolved and communication was always 100% prompt and professional. We hope to return next time the opportunity arises.

Came to Kissimmee for a girl's trip with my bestie. This property was the best. It is beautiful, loved loved loved the pool and hot tub. Bedrooms were so large and comfortable with beautiful decor. It is close to everything that we wanted to do and to restaurants. My ONLY issue was it was hard for us to lock the door...maybe we were doing it wrong. It would take us 5-10 minutes to lock it. It could because we had no clue how to do it with the code but eventually we figured it out. I will definitely be booking with this company again.

Great location

Very good area to stay. Neighborhood is quiet and safe. Pool area is the best part of this house. Lots of space, shade, nice pool. Decor is dated and there were only a few plates and bowls. Other than those small things, the place was great and I’d recommend it. The pre-registration process was cumbersome and required way more information (who asks for someone to photocopy their credit card and email it??) than any other place we’ve stayed and we’ve stayed at many. It took a few phone calls and property management company was helpful and allowed me to send only the last 4 digits of my CC. In the end, all was fine and we had a wonderful stay.

Our second stay at this house.

My wife and I stayed here originally in March 2024. We were supposed to revisit in August of that year but the house wasn't available. This year, March 2025, we returned with our three adult children, a fiance, and my mom. The single floor floorplan was ideal for my elderly mom. There was plenty of space, indoors and out for all of us. We really enjoyed the heated hottub and pool. The neighborhood is very quiet and the screened in back yard is very private. The pool table is an added bonus that we also appreciate. The large dining room table gave us plenty of room when we wanted to all dine together, and the kitchen was well equipped with just about everything we needed. The Super Walmart on Rt. 27 in Clermont is an easy 10 minute drive for needed food, supplies and adult beverages. We are looking forward to returning this same house later this year.

Our first VRBO Experience.

My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this house. It was everything the listing described and more. The screened in back yard, pool & hot tub are very private. All of the needed kitchen appliances and utensils were provided. Location is great for travel to anything in the Kissimmee/Orlando/Central Florida area, especially the Theme Parks. We did have to pay extra for heating the pool & hot tub, but it was worth it (we were there in March). We enjoyed the Master Bed/Bath area. We will definitely try to rent this house again next time we return to the area. There is plenty of space, even if we bring our three adult children. I only had one question for the property manager while we were there and a quick phone call and prompt reply answered that question. We would highly recommend this house and property manager to anyone wishing to visit this area. We will keep VRBO rental properties on the top of our list when visiting other areas. We're very satisfied and encouraged with our first VRBO experience. :)

We thought this house was going to be perfect for our family vacation, we got in on Sunday and by Monday morning we’re packing up and leaving, many things were broken found dirty shorts at the end of one of our beds, trash behind a night stand. Water stains on ceiling appears to be molding, vent fans full of dust and debris, This house was not cleaned well, this house needs to be professionally cleaned from top to bottom.Fire detectors looked very old,Monday morning one of kids had bites all over their body, this house ended up having bed bugs really bad in one of the beds. We were told by maintenance to leave right away this was an emergent issue, while talking with the vrbo they were unable to find a house available, they offered for us to stay but that was not an option for us, we had to find a last min place to stay for 8 people during spring break. We ended up paying more for a smaller house. We did get a full refund but for what we went through we felt was not enough. Our child was terrified to sleep in another bed. Horrible start to a family vacation.
