Survived the rain

Despite the fact that we got 11 inches of rain( yes 11) during our weekend the house was incredibly comfy. Great access to trails and to one of the many ponds. Quiet neighborhood and easy to get to other towns.

Perfect

We are frequent visitors to Wellfleet, and this was our first time staying at this location. We all agree that it will be our first choice for the next trip. We had to change our plans several times, and DelMar worked with us effortlessly each time. The place was clean, comfortable, and suited our needs perfectly. Thank you for making our stay so comfortable.

Lovely house and location

We were very pleased with this house. It is tucked away in the woods with a lovely, sunny deck and sunroom. It is very clean and the surroundings are so quiet. The house is very comfortable, attractively decorated (one of the owners must be an artist), and care has been taken to provide all that is needed. Excellent communication with Del Mar.

Place is a little dated. Kitchen could have been better stocked with pots and pans. Screened porch and deck never swept covered in pollen needed to clean it ourselves

Beautiful vacation home

Overall the week was great, no issues with the home. I did feel there were too many ‘reminder’ text/email messages regarding our stay. The only frustrating aspect was the email sent to us with a discount if we put a deposit down for next year. We visited the link and found the house was not available for the same week, or any time during July and August. I contacted the office and they confirmed. Why tease us with something that is not available?
