THE SPACE:
City Centre Unit on The Esplanade is accessible by lift from the ground floor on the Esplanade side or Level 1 Abbott Street entrance.

The lounge area offers a small balcony, that leads to a complex pool and BBQ area with a city view. Modern furnishings, a suite perfect for lazing in front of the TV.

The kitchen is equipped with a mini refrigerator/freezer, microwave, kettle as well as all basic kitchenware and LG washing machine/dryer. A coffee Nespresso machine is provided with a few other staples for your convenience.

The air-conditioned bedroom has a queen-size bed, quality mattress and wardrobe.

The bathroom features a large round bath/shower, and high-quality towels and bed linen.

Limited free car parks are available on level 1 they are marked for Breakfree customers only, NO particular space is reserved for this unit. Street parking is also available.

As we are not a hotel, we only provide a starter amenities pack for your convenience. Any further supplies needed will need to be purchased for yourself.

Guests are liable for any damage made on the property during their stay.

Upon receiving a complaint about having a party police will be called and you will be asked to leave immediately. No refund will be issued.
