Award-winning, 16 Solander features three generous queen bedrooms plus one room with the option of either 2 singles or can be joined to make a King bed. There are multiple living spaces, a media room and private library overlooking the pool and rainforest foreshore.
It also contains a significant collection of Australian indigenous artwork. Wander through your own private gallery or take a barefoot stroll down your pathway to the quiet end of Four Mile Beach.
The large kitchen is both functional and beautiful; culinary enthusiasts will love the ample preparation space and quality Miele appliances.
The poolside outdoor kitchen/cabana area is ideal for entertaining in paradise. It boasts an outdoor kitchen, barbecue, large drawer refrigerator and bathroom with shower.
Rinse off sandy feet and bask in the tropical sun and enjoy the expansive 15-metre heated pool. Being one of the largest domestic pools in town, it is also great for doing laps.
Additionally, upstairs features a spacious upper-level outdoor deck, perfect for enjoying afternoon cocktails.
